Broadband Internet provider (and cable TV if you are a boomer) helpful staff and a kiosk to pay your bill if you do not want to do it online.

So I connected my phone with my Xfinity bill... and I've had nothing but problems with my phone since... first off my lowering the volume down button wasn't working. I had an update on the phone...but now my volume to go up is not working at all! I have to click the down button to go to the volume settings and turn it back up. I have missed contacts with clients and my job because of this reason I am not happy and I'm seriously considering going to if someone else at least I know that their service works and that their buttons work.. and on top of all this I've been a customer for over 2 years now, they promised me gift cards and everything like that.. I have not received anything yet! and my bill keeps getting higher and higher they told me a flat rate and that it was not going to move not why am I paying $29 one week the next week is $56 in the following week is another 20 something dollars it's not making sense. And to top it all of that when I decided that I was going to move from one apartment to the next they sent me a message saying that they were going to cancel my whole subscription and everything. I had to go to the store to clarify with them and it took me a good like 35 minutes. And now I'm still going through issues I don't understand what's up with you.... and the topping on the cake is that I asked the person on the other service line when I was calling them to try to transfer my old apartment to the new apartment I was also trying to change phone services I was trying to make my lifeline more affordable so when they told me that I can combine my phone with the Xfinity Services I was all for it. WANTED TO KEEP phone number and everything... everything is groovy I felt like they understood cuz I kept repeating myself I was almost like arguing with them like what I needed to be done and they said it was okay that they got it and everything like that. NO they want you to completely get a brand new phone that doesn't even work half the time pay for it and it doesn't work half the time but WITH A new phone number and everything so I had to call multiple people multiple times to change my phone number I am not a happy customer. I will be looking for other services

I was honestly on the fence with keeping Xfinity. The call center was terrible and caused me an awful lot of headache. I would say don't judge this company or its services off of the call center. I went into the store not knowing what the outcome would be If I was even going to stay with them.I was impressed how clean and nice the store was and set up my first thoughts. Just the environment was accommodating and inviting, more so than any other cell phone store. I was greeted by I believe Ben was his name. Super nice guy super helpful, diligent, instantly felt at ease dealing with somebody so decent. Actually cared!!!! and got the ball rolling on solving my issues... Tony I believe his name was helped me try to work through the issue I had and went above and beyond!! On top of being super knowledgeable this dudes a breeze on samsungs. I needed to place an order and Marshawn I believe his name is helped me work through ordering a device in a complicated situation. Resolving every issue I had with call in mobile customer care. I went from disliking this company to feeling completely welcome and safe and secure. One of these agents by themselves had more knowledge, decency, intelligence, and ability then the entire call center and the corporate woman I spoke with, and honestly any other carrier that I've dealt with based on the issues that I had that they fixed in a timely manner! These three gentlemen definitely kept me with Xfinity and they helped me get my issues resolved no problems! Customer service these days is hard to find so if you're looking for good customer service, the store and these people are where it's at! Thank you Marshawn Tony and Ben very much. I wish I could elaborate more. You three have made me glad that I made the switch from the other major carrier to Xfinity. I hope that you get some recognition for that, because I know that I'm not the only person who feels like this. You guys were more than helpful!!! Ps DO NOT DEAL WITH CALL IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They are not affiliated with the store It is not these people. The very last woman who called me was horrid. I hate to even tarnish this review speaking of her but this Xfinity store actually fixed everything that she did to me and how she treated me they completely reversed my feelings about this company. And how I was treated by customer care I believe other people feel the same, so really do not judge the service or this stores customer service based on call in service if that makes sense. These guys in this store kept me in Xfinity and also will keep me spreading positive words about Xfinity!!!Encouraging people to use their service! Thank you guys for being the best part of Xfinity!!!! Again Ben Tony and Marshawn you rock! So many thanks!!!!!

When have you ever seen a monopolistic company like Xfinity ever make an effort towards their customers? They could have a rating of 1 (since you can't put 0) and still flourish as a business. They just change their name and marketing strategies just like this company has done over the years. Look at all the 1 star reviews here (that should be 0's)!

They're not the friendliest people...,at all... I told the guy I needed to pay my phone bill. I only had cash. He had me go get back in line only to tell me they don't take cash for mobile payments (which is dumb.. ) when he could have told me that in the first place... Booo??... But my internet speed and what . not always works great..

Trying to get in contact with an actual human and one that lives in the town that you are trying to reach the store is impossible you are better off going directly to the store and dealing with there customer service than there RIDICULOUS phone services. If I could give zero stars I would all I am trying to do is see if they have internet available where I live and everytime I reach an actual person I'm transfered to there phone services just ridiculous

Moved to Jackson 2 years ago, immediately switch to xfinity. The lady that helped me was fabulous. Go in a year later to switch my iPad to xfinity and was told they don’t do that. They didn’t even try or help me out or nothing. 9 months later I’m at a Lansing location and was able to do it… make it make sense please. ??

Service is fine. Absolutely hate trying to pay my monthly bill! the website NEVER loads for me to get on and then the screen goes white. I can get on any other website to pay my bills online, except this one. I have problems every month!

One bad storm knocks out my wifi? That’s a red flag, estimated time to repair 9:35 pm…*checks status at 10:30pm*Xfinity: waiting for area to be safe and clear before starting repairs…..So you lied got it..??????

I did not have a problem with picking up the products and equipment or with the self installation but the phone customer service and troubleshooting was a horrible experience! Language barrier causes communication misunderstanding but the agent was lovely. My Internet finally connected after 30 minutes but disconnected after the call ended. The cable never connected and I wasted a day off troubleshooting and driving back and forth to the store. The tech didn't show up the next day between the window I was told, then I was texted non stop with random time frames for the next day. But had to decline cause I have to work. So that equipment is definitely is going back today!!!!! Cause I'm not about to pay $110 for a tech to come out as a returning new customer. Now I remember why I left Xfinity 4 years ago! ?
