Xfinity in general is a piece of work. Hard to talk to a real person and when you go into the store they act like they don't even want to listen to you. Agents in the online chat just leave the chat after doing more damage then helping. All we wanted was some help with billing and/or to cancel and instead was given a runaround. Nobody seems to want to help you.

Dustin from the Jackson MI store was AMAZING & friendly. My husband and I wanted to switch from AT&T to Xfinity and he made that happen no questions asked. The transfer process was very easy. So far so good.

Sat here for 30 plus minutes while 3 people sat and talked without helping people. Said that was below their pay grade. Very rude people.

The lady that helped my husband and I set up our internet was very nice and very helpful. We didn’t have too long of a wait and she explained everything to us thoroughly.

I have had my xfinity phone service for 3weeks now, and nothing but problems. First could not call outside of my area code. Got that fixed. Tried to call son, who also has xfinity, 3blocks away and said I was out of area. Supposed to get unlimited data and I’m out of data, 3weeks in. I’m 77, don’t use my phone for much. Use my iPad for most internet usage.

We were contacted by the company to bring in my modem to be upgraded which would give us faster service. When I walked in they were really busy and no one was there to put me on a list.
When Ben saw that I had a modem in hand, he came over within minutes and took care of me. He exchanged what needed to be done, did the quick transfer, and gave me some pointers on the setup.
There was no issues in taking care of this when I got home and we were up and running with quicker service and no time.
The gal of the phone told me that I did not need to bring my cords in, but they definitely need to be returned. We will make another trip at our leisure to get them back there power cords.

Broadband Internet provider (and cable TV if you are a boomer) helpful staff and a kiosk to pay your bill if you do not want to do it online.
