I came in to refill a prescription, they didn't bother to look up my medical insurance even though I told them the script was covered at Sam's Club (owned by the same company). Then made me wait over an hour for my COVID-19 Vaccine and then skipped me for the guy who came in after me with no appointment. The Pharmacist sounded drunk or high when he spoke so I decided it was probably best to reschedule elsewhere, I wouldn't trust this place with your scripts or vaccinations there are plenty of other close options that won't make you wait an absurd amount of time for poor service.

I've been using their pharmacy for almost a year now. I haven't had any issues so far. A couple of the techs aren't always happy, poppy...but I've gotten to know them and if you treat them with respect they will return it. Many customers seem to forget how to talk and treat the workers and it's very sad! The pharmacists are always really nice and helpful.I have them send me texts when I have a script ready, which I really like, always there when I go to pick it up!

I love shopping at Walmart for groceries, but the pharmacy staff is so rude and impatient I will never use them again. Do yourself a favor and take your scripts to Meijers, CVS, Walgreens or Rite-aid (where they at least treat you like a paying customer).

Have been taking Motrin for many years. The last seven times (almost) two years, have had to go back twice and sometimes three times. They say they don't keep Motrin on hand, because no one uses it any more. Well I do and have had a standing order there for many years. They tell me it's ready, but when I go to pick it up they only give 10 or 12 pills and tell me to come back for the rest in a day or two. Once I had to go back three times to get a full order. It's a 24 mile round trip.

If I could give them less than one star I would. The "Technicians" are rude, uneducated and act as though they are doing you a favor as opposed to them WORKING and getting paid to provide a service you are paying for! I have had prescription a called in by a doctor and the technicians say that it will be in/filled the next day. I go back the next day and they have no idea what is going on and now require me to sit around and wait 30-60 minutes to pick up a prescription that should have ALREADY been filled and waiting. This has happened SEVERAL times! Then if I am in the least bit put out I am told "I don't know what to tell you. It wasn't me. If you want it you are going to have to wait."

I usually have good things to say about the pharmacy, but not yesterday. I submitted a refill in the morning and system said it would be ready after 6. Arrived at 7:02, did not realize they closed at 7.

I have used Walmart Pharmacy for many years but a different location. Both locations I had problems with prior auth forms; seems there is not good communication between pharmacy and doctor's offices. This is not the reason for writing this review today. I have had the WORST customer service at this location the past few times I needed to use the pharmacy. Employees have had little to no patience, have been sarcastic and rude. I have had to call the location regarding scripts many times which makes the process more stressful as a patient/consumer

Made to feel like a drug addict, thanks to the inconsiderate staff here and the poor tone they decide to use with customers. Believe it or not I totally understand the epidemic we're facing but this is one of the many reasons people who need help refuse to seek it! Think before you speak! Everyone deserves a fair shot at life and fair treatment!

Slow and rude staff they act if you are bothering them when you ask them a question the store itself is well stock aisle of what ever you need on the way of health care items at a decent price but not cheaper then other stores
