HORIBLE! Customer service lies, they do not care about the customers at all, they say a script has been filled \\u0026 you drive half an hour to pick it up \\u0026 it's not ready, have to come back the next day. They won't stock meds, they don't know how to order meds and have them ready, rude don't even come close to how they treat customers...unbelievable this place is still in business at all. Someone should sue them for Complacent business practice.

Scripts aren't filled on time, or they don't have the medications I need nearly every single time.

Never had any issues regardless of the insane volume of customers but customers should not be allowed to wait at the drive thru window more than a couple minutes while their meds are filled and finished with a long line of cars behind them.

For being so insanely busy, they were very nice and understanding. Even with people who were not like that back to them.

The pharmacy seems to be understaffed. I have had several less than pleasant experiences when dealing with them. And why would the entire pharmacy go to lunch at the same time and close? For some, this may be the only time they can pick up a prescription. Not sure if it’s management or Walgreens Corp policy.

I was on hold for 16 min. I was caller #2 and finally talked to "Kyle". He put me in hold again then hung up on me!!! Not cool!!Service has gone down hill!!

Called in a prescription at 3, show up at 8:15, still sitting here at 9 waiting for it while the whole staff sits here and chats with people coming in that they know personally, ridiculous, highly suggest anywhere else but here.

Pharmacy is slow and dishonest, called in a RX and they said were filling, 30 mins later I show up to give them plenty of time and they said they are still filling the RX. Be honest with me. There won’t be a next time with this Walgreens.
