“I visit all of the Wild Bill stores in Jackson and Brooklyn. I always have good service, no matter which one I go to. However, I live very close to the one on E. Michigan Ave, so I visit that one the most. The store is always clean and stocked well. All of the shelves are in perfect order, and rarely have I ever needed something that they did not have in stock. All of the employees are kind and courteous, but a special shout out to Dylan. He's very personable, respectful and seems to really enjoy his job. All of the employees are always very attentive to the customers and it's nice to be able to get in and out of the store quickly when you're in a hurry. I can honestly say, I have never had a bad experience at any of the locations. It's nice to know that no matter what store I am visiting that day, there is no doubt it will be a positive experience!”
