This post office will falsify information amd implementat it into their system. They withhold your packages if they are from Aliexpress and there're multiple orders from different vendors. They will hold your package ransom and not put the alleged counterfeit into the system. They will falsify the federal system and mark as redirected by sender.
There isn't enough crayons and time to sit and explain to them. They see China, they assume fraud. Either ignorance, or discrimination. I have filed 6 federal complaints with the Office of Inspector General of the Post office. I am currently consolidating all of the fraud, that the USPS on ELM in Jackson, MI has done for my attorney. The only way to stop this is to file a federal lawsuit.
If you want to order from Aliexpress, it is your right. American companies have sent them our jobs and charge us 10xs what they pay. Cut out the middle man.
A lawsuit to compensate every Jackson county resident who has falsify had their packages withheld and extorted will be compensated.

Why are 3 of my packages arriving in Detroit and being sent here in Jackson in the county where I live then sent back to Detroit then back here to Jackson to get delivered???? Something isn't right about that?

You can never get ahold of anyone so calling is pointless. They’ll claim they can’t deliver your mail due to not being able to access your location which isn’t true. Would give 0 stars if I could. Deplorable customer service

Marking my items as delivered but never delivered. Losing valuable packages in transit. Just a couple of the things I have experienced recently with USPS in Jackson. This is awful. I'm out nearly $200 because of the mistakes at USPS this year alone. If you have other places to use for shipping I would highly recommend using them over USPS. Customer service is impossible as well.

USPS IN JACKSON IS SCAMMING. Just this year myself and neighbors have had many packages misdelivered or marked “delivered” and never arrived. I had two bubble packages delivered with contents stolen. SUBMITTED COMPLAINT, NO RESPONSE.

Absolute joke, had a package supposed to be delivered today that I needed to fix my vehicle but instead of it coming to my house it was sent back to distribution center in Detroit after just coming from there yesterday. This place needs to be audited by usps higher ups badly

Absolutely horrible experience. Even worse customer service. I had to get the Jackson county sheriff involved to actually get any help. Mr Ransom deserves to be fired. Cussing at customers, lying to customers and then refusing to even answer the phone after he hung up on me. Then hides when I go in to try to get answers. Absolutely worthless!!!

Third time now that carrier has dropped off a package without getting my signature-but notes that I signed for my package…and now it’s missing !!! this is fraud !! ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

Screwups with packages, A LOT. I can count offhand at least 5 times times so far this year (it’s May) that I’ve had packages go missing or received my neighbor’s package. Service is getting WORSE.

Twice in the last couple of months I've put small padded envelopes into the mailbox at the Jackson Distribution Center (1500 N Elm Ave) and they have been put aside and not scanned into the system for a week or more. The last time I posted them on March 21 and they weren't shipped until March 31. I'm afraid to use this mailbox!

Unreliable , mail sometimes arrives at 9 am sometimes 8 pm .. coupons have been taken out of my mail several times , I have informed delivery that scans all my mail , it they show up in the scans but never deleivered

Terrible phone service can not reach anyone The automated system is terrible I can’t understand you have to time and when you want to talk to a representative you cannot talk to one because it doesn’t not understand just terrible
