Since the pandemic began USPS has lost three of my packages! lost I mean by definition that they say it was delivered, they send me an email stating it was delivered into my mailbox I go to my mailbox and there's nothing there! three times this has happened so far I'm done with using United States postal service!!!

I ordered a ring and the package shows up 2 weeks later inside a plastic sleave stating how sorry you are for my damaged package due to the ammount of packages recieved. Inside? My package. Ripped open. And the ring? Gone. When i try to call i dont get a answer. Whos going to pay for my ring?
