Their drivers constantly block my stairs/doorway even though I have a bench/box with a sign to leave packaged there. This last time they left a 6 foot long box on my stairs blocking my door so badly I had to go out from another door to unblock how they did this delivery. UPS only gets used by my family when we have no other choice.

I just got the run around and they really didn’t try to take care of my issue. The drivers don’t even try to see if anyone is home if they don’t see a vehicle. UPS is a joke.

Super friendly and helpful. I got there as they were closing. The clerk helped me unload my car..stay over to help me..and was nice about it.

I need to find out how to file a complaint against a u.p.s.driver who is intentionally(damaging- destroying)my packages.It's a good thing.I took the pictures to prove it.I wish you could attach photos to reviews.U.P.S.should put cameras in the back of there trucks.I can hear him in the back of the truck throwing and kicking my packages around.I wrote 1 bad review.And know this is the 4th package he has delivered(damaged-destroyed) intentionally.The 1st package was from,bath and body works.And it said",fragile right on the box."It had glass candles inside of it.The candles,soap,and spray were jumbled all over the place.Every single soap was shook up with foaming bubbles.Every cap was off of every,single body spray.And the packaging was damaged.It was like the u.p.s.driver intentionally shook the box for hours.I could hear him in the back of the u.p.s.truck kicking and throwing my packages around.The 2nd package was from kohl's.It had clothes in it.The white bag was so dirty and black,that it was black.It looks like the same u.p.s.driver drove the u.p.s.truck over it.It looks like tire marks.My hands and arms were dirty and black and I had to wash them.Because he intentionally handed me the package dirt side down.It was(damaged-destroyed)intentionally a 2nd time by the same u.p.s.driver.The 3rd package was from Jc Penney.It had clothes in it.Again the white bag was so dirty and black,that it was black.Again it looks like the same u.p.s driver drove the u.p.s.truck over it.Again It looks like tire marks.Again my hands and arms were black and I had to wash them.Because again he intentionally handed me the package dirt side down.It was(damaged-destroyed)intentionally a 3rd time by the same u.p.s.driver.And the 4th time,this time.The same u.p.s.driver intentionally(destroyed-damaged)my package from bath and body works.The packages is crushed and falling apart.With the tape coming off of it,at every end where there is tape.Like I said",again this is the 4th packages this u.p.s.driver has intentionally(destroyed-damaged) And it's gotten worse with every package.I could hear him again throwing and kicking my packages around in the back of the u.p.s.truck.He keeps laughing and smiling.I think it's he knows u.p.s.doesn't have cameras in the back of there trucks.And I think it's because he keeps getting,away, intentionally(destroying-damaging) my packages.So rude,very unprofessional,what on earth?This u.p.s.driver definitely shouldn't have a job delivering packages.And I haven't had 1 single problem with any other driver ever.The other u.p.s. drivers and drivers from other companies are not and have never(damaged-destroyed)any of my packages intentionally ever.MY BODY SPRAY,CONDITIONER,BODY WASH WAS IN OVER 100 DEGREE WHEATHER FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS IN THE BACK OF A U.P.S.TRUCK. BECAUSE THE HEAT WRECKED MY PURCHASE ALREADY.BUT THEN TO HAVE A U.P.S.DRIVER DOING THIS INTENTIONALLY.SO I OPENED MY 4TH INTENTIONALLY(DESTROYED- DAMAGED)BY THE U.P.S.DRIVER, $100 ORDER.AND CAPS OFF OF EVERY BODY SPRAY,PART BENT ON BODY SPRAY,CONDITIONER DENTED IN.BEACUSE AGAIN,I AND MY WITNESS HEARD THE U.P.S.DRIVER KICKING AND THROWING MY PACKAGE,AND CRUSHED MY $100 ORDER.MY NEIGHBORS CAMERAS PICKED IT UP BOTH TIMES.AND I HAVE PHOTOS.4TH PACKAGE.THIS U.P.S. DRIVER HAS INTENTIONALLY (DAMAGED-DESTROYED)4 OF MY ORDERS TOTALING $500.About the message from the (OWNER)Why am I being told to discuss in private?That's not what reviews are for.Obviously I can't contact anyone through e-mail or anything.Which is why I'm reaching out this way.If I can't get information on how to solve my problem from the (OWNER).Then all I can think to do is contact Corporate,Bath and Body Works,Kohl's,and Jc penny's.I am trying to get a U.P.S.EMAIL.So I can send a EMAIL with attached photo's and etc.TO U.P.S.JACKSON MICHIGAN.So I can file a complaint against the u.p.s.driver who has intentionally (damaged-destroyed) the past 4 packages,totaling $500.I don't want this u.p.s.driver to be able
