We've been going here for years.. Tim and Brandon do such an excellent job of taking care of our vehicles, and also, our children's vehicles. They are reliable, thorough, and explain everything. I highly recommend these guys. I can't imagine taking our cars any place else.

My engine light came on. I drove and older 2013 Chevy Cruz. It was a engine valve that needed to be replaced. They called me to confirm after the diagnostic test. And the repair price was decent enough and it only took them like 3 hrs to finish the job. I appreciate that because no one wants to go thru the hassle of rental cars etc. my car is driving like nothing was ever wrong ??. Excellent service will definitely recommend them to others!

So I just want to start out with how amazing Brandon is! Such amazing service and definitely went above and beyond to help me out with some car issues that were going on. Long story short, through trials and tribulations because of something that had nothing to do with their amazing work, he was calling for updates and was really trying to help me get on the road this past week. Absolutely the best service I've ever had at a auto shop. If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely 1000% recommend.

They offer a complimentary vehicle inspection if you’re in the market for purchasing a used vehicle. The staff was great in scheduling a time to have vehicle inspected and were very knowledgeable/helpful in sharing what they noticed. As well as offering advice on what to look for in the future. I recommend coming here for used vehicle inspection!

Tuffy Tire and Auto Service in Jackson, MI took time to inspect a couple vehicles for before I decided which one to buy. It saved me the expense of buying a lemon and reassured me that the van I chose was well cared for road ready. They are honest and thorough.

Our wheel started to make a horrible noise on the highway on our drive back to Chicago, so we turned to Google to see if there was an auto shop nearby who could make sure everything was safe before we continued our drive. Called Tuffy and they were immediately willing to squeeze us in and check things out. Most likely culprit was a rock from the road, but nothing needing immediate attention. They topped up our tire pressure and sent us on our way with a smile, free of charge. Thanks Tuffy Team!

This is my first google review but it was necessary for sure. I took an Audi A3 in for a pre Purchase inspection. The guys there found all the issues wrong with it within minutes and advised me not to purchase. Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly. UPDATE: It was my fault. They resounded very quickly, but the email went to my junk mail and I never thought to look there.When I finally remembered to call them, they let me know they did respond and told me the date. That's when I figured to look in my junk mail. Sure enough, that's where it was.My apologies to Tuffy.Kind of odd that I got an email from Tuffy today, giving me coupons and asking for a review of their services.I filled out their online request for a quote two weeks ago and never heard back from them.I will contact them again. I figure them not getting back was an oversight or communication breakdown. I've had excellent service from other Tuffy shops in the past.

Had some muffler work done, they did a great job and they did it quickly, I was notified of some additional work needed on my muffler so the price ended up being a bit of a surprise. But that's my cars fault not theirs. Really nice guys going great work
