Andy and his team has been nothing but outstanding guys! True honest mechanics looking out for their customers. Would recommend them over anyone!
His team has replaced the turbine in my car, redone the gaskets, oil change, you name it. I was originally quoted $16,000 for the job by Seymour ford. Andy saved me thousands while offering great customer service and getting the work done in a timely manner!

I know there’s a saying that “there’s no such thing as an honest mechanic” well I’m here to tell you there is. I never thought in my life i would receive such honest and above and beyond service like I have from Trudell’s Auto Services.
I originally went to my car dealership to get my car checked out and was getting charged a ridiculous amount.
I was recommended to go to Trudell’s by a friend and I’m so happy I did. I saved over $1,000 going to Trudell’s. Trudell’s prices are very reasonable and he explained everything to me. As a woman I typically don’t like dealing with Auto shops just because i don’t feel respected but Andy and his team made me feel beyond respected. I truly felt cared for.
Not only did they come and pick up my car from me but was beyond accommodating. They had to keep my car a little longer than expected. I ran into a conflict and needed to go to a board meeting that night. Andy the Owner is heaven sent and let me borrow a car so i could get to my meeting.
Honest mechanics and body shops exist and Trudell’s is the real deal. He earned a forever customer out of me.
If you want exceptional customer service and a high quality service without getting ripped off go to Trudell’s. Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Great prices, amazing customer service and HONEST! I will be going to them for any and all vehicle repairs/maintenance from now on. They actually explain what is wrong with the vehicle and what is needed to repair it. By far the best mechanic I have ever been to!

Amazing service. Came in at 1pm with my bottom guard dragging on the road and ruining my bumper. Jessie at the front was extremely friendly and looked it and said she will fix it in 30. Took my car in right away, the mechanic (who used to work at Toyato) was nice and helpful as well. Removed the guard right away and I was out in 15 mins. And best part of all, they didn't even charge. If I went to a dealership or anywhere, they would have charged at least a $100. This speaks volumes for a family owned store open since the 80s. Will come here and recommend this place for any auto services.
