“What a day! I took my scrap over to Omni Sorce after dropping off, I was in line for my exit weight. When I realized I had a flat. Human nature is amazing on that side of the tracks.No less than six guys offered one form of help. One man was able to get the tire back on the bead. Another fellow had a plug kit once the plug was not good enough. By then, my son Brian arrived, I Googled Discount Tire, but luckily, GPS took me to Regal Tire. These guys grabbed the tire and got to work.I was very happy with their work and talking to the owner. I will be buying my new tires next week from Regal Tire.”

“I purchased a 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT from Jackson Auto Company and worked with Jeff, Don, and Linda. They made buying the vehicle a smooth experience and the negotiations were definitely in my favor. When I got the vehicle home, I found some issues. Even though it was sold "as is," Jackson Auto Company still stepped up and took care of everything at no charge. I was shocked by their service. They had me take the vehicle to their sister company, Jackson Auto Service, where I worked with Ben and Crystal, who were also amazing.

Call the shop and was told I probably hit a pot hole and I can pay another 130.00 to have them look at it. "I'd find another shop".......

“I went to get my tires replaced and OH BOY was this affordable! $266 for two new tires on my lil putt-putt. And it was FAST. I showed up for my appointment and I couldn't have been there for more than 45 minutes and that's an overestimation. A big thank you and a shout-out to all my tire guys who don't get enough love! Your service is fantastic!”
