Came in with a broken zipper on my favorite coat from work, I was surprised to learn it was an easy, cheap fix. Less than 10 minutes and less than $10 later it was fixed and working like new. Very helpful and kind!

Super professional, very quick, and reasonably priced. I brought in a gown for alterations: tightening up the straps, sewing up about 5 inches on a slit, hemming, and replacing the modesty panel with one that gave more coverage. The modesty panel I was asking for wasn't working quite right, and Melissa called me to consult with me before adjusting the modification. She was absolutely correct in her assessment, and I think the bodice of the gown is even better than what I was asking for. It looks as if that's how the dress was designed to be. Thank you so much for your beautiful work!
