I have been going to this shell station for almost 2 years. The people there are nice but over the last year I have noticed how many times my rewards do not work or my fuel discount is not applied. I fill my car 2 or 3 times a week and every other shell gas station it works 100% of the time. I have complained to this station multiple times and their answer every time is it is me or it is the rewards program. However it only happens at their store and never any other. Today broke the back. I said something again and was basically told I am stupid and it is my fault. I will not be back and have reported them to the corporate because I have several receipts and photos showing this. Also they always get mad because they are so quick to hit total several times I didn't even have time to put my rewards in and they have to void the not completed transactions and start over just so I can put my rewards in.
If you want to save money go to a different shell station.

Why no bathroom, makes no sense. I came off the highway thinking I could use the bathroom but no. Sorry, that is a convenience to your customers. I find it rude and not very customer friendly. Save your time and go to a better gas station one that thinks about you as a customer

The Kardashian wannabe is the laziest person in customer service..........EVER! Too stupid to hand you your stuff after you buy it. Just leaves it in front of her with that condescending look. Taking our 35 gal. trucks to the newly renovated, awesome Valentine's on County Farm Rd. from now on!

Got to love it when you stop at a gas station spend $100 in the gas and they have no bathroom for you.

I had stopped to get gas when I had gotten something grimey and smelly on my hand from the pump. I went inside before I had fueled, explained I needed to wash my hands and the clerk's demeanor immediately went from friendly to incredibly rude and I was read the riot act about there being no public restroom. I got grime on my hands, from their pump, and couldn't wash it off in one of their 2 restrooms. I get they are allowed to have employee only restrooms, but being rude and condescending to a customer in front of other customers is just in poor taste. I'll be filling my 30 gallon work truck at Wesco up the street.

I've tried to fuel up here twice in the past month but they won't turn their pumps on. I suggest skipping this station altogether. I guess nobody works here ?♀️

My elderly mother needed a break and instead you yelled and screamed at her. My 75 year old mother gets gas at this shell station almost exclusively. She’s been going there for years and up until the other day she hadn’t had any issues. I was driving her to a dr appointment and had to stop and get some gas. While I was was pumping the $65 worth of gas mom told me she needed to use the restroom and hurried inside. She has used the restroom here a few times before and new right where it was. Shortly after she got in bathroom a man came and started pounding on door and yelling at her that this was not a public restroom and now he had to clean it all over again. He was very upset and kept at until the exited the building. She was just there to empty her bladder and didn’t make any kind of mess. Not happy at all with this Shell station or the guy who yelled at my mom.

They only allow you to buy $55 of gas per transaction. They also have no public restroom.

3 workers all not wearing a mask or social distancing, refused to allow me to use my loyalty card to save 15 cents/gal. after giving me an attitude. Definitely wouldn't go here again

Went into this place a few minutes ago. Two young females working behind the counter, one with blond hair and the other with dark hair and sort of a dark complexion. Both employees were extremely rude and condescending. The blond girl couldn't stop texting long enough to actually carry out decent customer service. I will not be coming here again.
