Didn't know you needed to upgrade your membership to shop before 10 am. I see three other people go in and not get cards checked but she decided to stop me with my young daughter and tell me I can't shop before 10. If you are gonna check cards. You should probably check EVERYBODYS cards. I'll be canceling my membership and switching to Costco

I know this is a longshot but. Yesterday (6/26/22) I was at sams club and I think my ring may have fallen out of my wallet. It was my aunts who passed away. It’s silver with five or six diamonds in a straight line all next to each other if anyone finds it please get a hold of me.

The fuel station here is terrible. on a daily basis there is more pumps closed then open.... You would think they would do something to fix the issue, but it persist.

I love Sam's Club and primarily shop here. However watching the young man with thick dark hair just pop his head outside the automotive dept door just now Wednesday August 25 11:25am Jackson and spit a huge loogie into the parking lot was less than enjoyable for myself and my mother in law. Gross and unprofessional. He could've taken a bathroom break for that instead of doing it in presence of customers.

We had ordered a freezer, and this was the closest location that had it in stock. I'd never experienced order online for pickup before, so this was our first time. The time it stated for us to arrive was between 6 and 7. We arrived at 6:03, I downloaded the app to let them know I was there, and by 6:08 they had the 85 lb beast loaded into my Jeep and we were on our way back home! So fast and friendly!

We love Sam's, and have been going to the Jackson store since they closed the Lansing one. Today we went Christmas shopping. They had no trees, decorations or anything. We went to Blains and spent $200. Sam's is going to lose a ton of money with this bad decision.
