If you have a choice in your Trucking DO NOT USE SAIA even if you have to pay more, Do It. The only person that did a great job was the HiLo Driver I had to pick up my order after I paid to have shipped to house..They have more reasons and excuses why they can't help a customer that it actually, takes longer to listen to them than it would just to give good customer service. Just read the reviews. Do Not Use SAIA

I had no idea they would not even enter your driveway. They left 6,000 pounds of flooring at the end of my long driveway. We do not have heavy equipment to bring the pallets closer to our house so we have to manually carry the flooring in box by box. Hope no one steals our flooring and we can get it all in the house before it rains tonight. Thanks a lot!

George was extremely helpful during our delivery this morning. We're a little short and I was doing a hundred things. He put everything inside and closed up so I could finish what I was doing. Thank you!!

Horrible freight company. Made an appointment for a delivery. The entire day came and went with no delivery and no communication whatsoever. Called customer service, who told me that the driver ran out of hours and had to return to terminal, and set up an appintment for the next day. Next day, same thing. No delivery, no communication. Called again and got no explanation this time but made another appointment for three days later (said it was the next time they had a truck in that area). Once again, no delivery, no communication, no explanation. Made ANOTHER appointment for the next day, and I guess fourth time is the charm with this company. Driver showed up an hour early, and was nice and polite anyway. In short, three wasted days waiting for a package that I had to sign for. Businesses, please do your customers a favor and choose other shipping options.

Sheduled a delivery date for my day off. They gave me a time frame from 10 am to 7 pm for delivery. Nothing showed up by 2 pm so i called them. They informed me my delivery was no longer gonna be delivered that day, would have to be rescheduled. Good thing i called them, otherwise i would have sat home all day waiting for a non delivery. They didn't even call to tell me it was not showing up. Not very happy.

Worst freight company on the planet! Called multiple times to set up a delivery date. Was told that I would get a call back to confirm delivery date NEVER received call. They just put it on a truck and assumed that my customer would be there to receive it. I told SAIA that they needed to contact the customer first to make sure they would have people to sign for it. Poor Communication within company. Would not recommend you send anything freight with this company.

Paid $250 for shipping. Was told I needed to make an appointment because my package required a signature. My wife took the day off work to be home. My appointment was 12 to 5pm. Nobody showed up. I called and was told they didnt show up because they did not have a trailer with a lift hate available in my area. My delivery is now delayed 2 days. I did not even recieve a phone call. Pretty disappointed with their customer service.
