Dishonest, fraudulent company - do not do business with. I purchased a product which owner asserted to be properly functioning. I trusted his integrity - that was mistake. Upon delivery, heater did not function. He would not pay for repairs alleging that I did the damage.

This is the only importer, of which I have ever heard, who paid the have NHTSA testing on the vehicles he imports.

We recently purchased a Mitsubishi mini-truck from RSM to plow our church parking lot. We couldn’t be more happy with our truck. Very powerful and it took everything a Michigan winter can throw at it. Fun to drive too! If you are considering a side-by-side, why not enjoy a fully enclosed, heated cab instead? Bob and Steve went out of their way to deliver a quality product and great service. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and made our first mini-truck experience a pleasure. I highly recommend RSM Associates!

I recently purchased a Suzuki Carry Mini Truck (DA63T) from RSM Associates Co. and had a positive experience. Bob was very easy to work with, pleasant, and he answered all of my questions. I opted for adding custom-made front and rear bumpers with 2" receiver hitches, so it took a while for my truck to ship - about a month overall from purchase to receipt (there was another truck ahead of mine at the fabrication shop). I'm really impressed with the quality of the bumpers - they did a great job with them and they look really nice too, so they were definitely worth the wait. It was a little scary remotely shopping for and buying this mini truck, but everything worked out fine with no major issues popping up. Based on my overall positive experience, I can recommend RSM Associates Co.

Excellent company and service! I bought a Jeep from Bob and Steve and my experience was awesome! They were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend buying from them. They even delivered the Jeep to my place of work! Outstanding guys who go the extra mile. I highly recommend RSM Associates.
