I was a first time homebuyer, and as a single mom the task was daunting. Ben with My Smart Team led me through the process and made it easier than I ever could have imagined. I was on a time crunch and had to be out of our previous house within two months of when I started looking for a home. Ben was able to find what I was looking for within that time frame and before I knew it, I was a homeowner! I couldn’t recommend him and his team enough!!!

This market is ridiculously volatile and competitive and is has been very difficult to navigate. Many properties are selling within 24 hours and at higher than listed pricing. We worked with Jake and he helped us navigate the vast network of properties within the "wish list" we provided him. Throughout the process Jake was available to answer our questions and when we were seriously considering a property he was very professional when answering our questions. We never felt that Jake was pushing any agenda and answered our questions without bias. When we wanted to put an offer on a property Jake helped us structure our offer to be more appealing to the seller. This was especially beneficial to us since we did not have a massive amount of money for cash offers or large % down in our offers. In the end, we were able to purchase land not because we were the highest paying but because we had a well structured offer based on our conversations with Jake!

My husband and I started our house search in May and finally closed on our house in September. We initially put an offer on a house that we had to walk away from and then we immediately started searching for another home. Throughout the entire process we always felt cared for by Production Realty. They were always communicative and ready to guide us throughout every step. We are so happy to have a new place to finally call home!

Jake Sinkovitz and the smart team really helped our family find the perfect home! We came all the way from Florida to Michigan and they made the process pretty easy for us. They were quick to set up showings on houses, which was definitely nice! If you’re looking for an easygoing, fun, Smart team I would definitely Recommend Jake and his team. Even while Jake was on paternity leave he still answered any questions we had. They went the extra mile to help with the whole process!
