Couldnt do a Market Analysis of my property... Really??...got a quiet no response when first asking ..than was told .."ummm we dont really do commercial" . I feel this realator and others that have denied to provide me with a market analysis is in reality they are not going to take time to do a market analysis/value because there is compensation back to them. Sad... I call that pure lazyness and just greed to prove that this is not a realator of the community. Never even got a good bye on the phone was just hung up on. This whole phone call was rude and has no professionalism to them at all. The only respect I got was the operator of their Remax office. Kuddos to you, you shoulg go to a company that is gonna value your professionalism and manners...especially in reference to their realators at the office there. Find a buisness that well deserves your abilities. Because, obviously the realators there Do Not hold to even your values and professionalism as a receiptionist. GREED and LAZYNESS is what is came down too. I would never sell any of my properties that are in HIllsdale or Jackson County with them.

I do not recommend attempting business with this person (Eric Ropp) if you intend on using a VA loan, or whatsoever for that matter. Arrogant, slow to respond, and insulting to veterans. He will never have my business.

Horrific. The agents, along with brokers, are deceiving, unprofessional and only look out for each other. They conduct business in a very unscrupulous manner and when confronted, they will not stop at anything to cover their tracks.Do not hire this office to represent your sale. You will encounter many difficulties and headaches. In the end, they do not care who they hurt in the process. They're only interest is themselves and the numbers, regardless of what it takes, or who it takes.

Brooklyn, office very lazy. We couldn't even get flyers made. The service was very unprofessional. I asked for open houses, they don't do them, it took him 8 days to put it in the MLS. We had people knocking on our door, because of no returned phone calls. I had some of my friends email him on the Zillow site....no replies to any of them. I would never use a Remax realtor again. Lazy, Lazy, and Cheap
