Drove all the way there and they were closed. I got an email at my appointment time saying my appointment was cancelled due to building maintenance.

This place is a complete joke, there is nobody in person that will answer the phone, and no option. You can select to actually talk to a person.

(short version)Fantastic work from the phlebotomist I didn't feel the needle go in even with two jabs, the building is clean and looks nice, overall the staff was professional. Two things I would like to mention/request. 1) I respectfully request the management or owner invest in purchasing gauze wraps or bandages for wound treatment. After my blood was drawn my technician used medical tape and a cotton ball (haven't had this method used on me since the 90's) before I made my first turn on the street one of them was coming off. 2) I understand a kiosk is convenient but it comes off as cold, especially when your patient runs into an issue, doubly so if they are informed they have an appointment, the best response is "I'll look into this and we'll do our best to have you seen as soon as possible" not "Well you're a walk in client now so you'll have to wait till 1040" after driving for an hour and having an urgent appointment at 1130 you can see why someone would be frustrated.(long version)I arrived 30 minutes early, there were no staff to greet patients only a kiosk. I ran into an issue at the kiosk where it didn't find my appointment, another patient informed me that I should have had a QR code emailed to me. (I did not) Thankfully before leaving I saw a note informing to knock on the door if there are any issues. I knocked and a staff member was available, she asked for my name and birthdate. After both were provided, she informed me that my appointment wasn't on file, I showed her my QTC paper work, which she did not seem concerned about and informed me I was a walk in patient now, and I would have to wait till 1040 even though she could see the QTC appointment was made at 1000. I sat down waiting around 0935 and I noticed that my name wasn't posted on their board even around 0950. At/around 1000 I called QTC to have them fix this, QTC was unable to reach Q Diagnostics by phone however, they were able to re-fax the paperwork needed. While this was going on (1000-1005) the technician asked for my birthdate again and called me back, by now QTC had me off of hold and informed me they (Q diagnostics) weren't answering the phone. I requested the current phone number from the technician, and provided it to the QTC rep. The blood draw went well (didn't even feel the needle go in) despite having to be stuck twice. Wound care was a bit last generation (staff used a cotton ball and medical tape I haven't had this method used on me since the 90's)I think your patients would appreciate investment in bandages or gauze wrapping as they provide more pressure and hold better, gauze wrapping doesn't inflict skin tearing as well. The staff were professional despite the earlier hiccup regarding my appointment time. I can understand it's difficult to work with patients however, I hope they also understand it's frustrating when a patient makes plans for the day and expects to be seen at their appointed time (or within reason) especially when they've had to drive 50 minutes for said appointment.

They say they close at 3:30 pm, I show up at 3:15 and doors are locked. You could hear people inside but they obviously closed early. I will not waste my time with this place again.

Quick, efficient blood draw and my results were posted within 4 business days. I’m not sure why they have negative reviews. This location is much easier to use versus going to the hospital lab.

When you call this number provided it says "quest will call doctor for order". My doctor left a voice mail saying they sent quest an order for blood work. Lady didn't want to try and do anything to find my order, but give me a fax number and basically say you better hurry or your out of luck cause we close.

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I purchased my labs online, went to the facility, and everything was done in 5 minutes or less. I do NOT deal with needles well, and the staff was friendly and accommodating for someone like me, and made me feel very comfortable. Obviously I hope I never have to return here, but if need be, I would choose Quest Diagnostics again in the future ,100%

I was nervous to have my blood work completed due to the poor reviews. I went anyway. I called the day ahead of time to submit my orders as I had three orders resulting in 29 vials of blood needed. Everything ran smoothly. The building was very nice and clean. Amanda was my phlebotomist and she was sooo nice! She made sure I laid down for this draw and made me feel very comfortable. She made conversation the entire time to take my mind off of what was happening. If you go to this facility ask if Amanda is working. You won't regret it!! Thanks Amanda!!

Got the run around on the phone, went in today for a test, the receptionist, Amanda was extremely rude, asked if I scheduled online, I explained I couldn't schedule online for that location then I explained the phone automated system was very helpful either. Amanda had the biggest chip on her shoulder, very uninviting, not friendly or welcoming, not sure who hired her

Definitely make an appointment either on the phone or online. In and out 15 minutes so not bad. Felt odd no one was greeted, and when I asked for a mask they said nothing. Just set it down and walked away.

Receptionist was very rude and short with people. Said “I wish there was something covering these windows because everybody looks at me”. Not very inviting. Although the technician was very nice and helpful.

I was very rude to the woman at the Clinic today because I thought she was incompetent but turns out it was my doctors office. I am sorry to that woman she was blonde and working totally alone and new to the job. You should get her some help, and again I apologize to her for being rude. Giving one stars because I had to wait over an hour to find out she couldn’t do my urinalysis. It was not this woman’s fault but you really should have more than one person there. I left after closing and she still had to help 3 more people. Please pass my apologies to the woman she didn’t deserve it as she was overwhelmed enough as it was. Just wasn’t happy to get the run around but my anger was misdirected

DO NOT GO HERE! Not only was the lady rude, she is negligent. They took my urinalysis (drug test) on June 29th (they have proof I gave it), but sssigned it to the wrong person, so, the results could not be seen by my employer. My employer wanted to know why I skipped my drug test due to this grave mistake. I may miss out on this position because of incompetence. How can one mix up something so important? Mind you, this is a DOD job, and I am an engineer. They have yet to find my test, no one is returning my phone calls, and I am supposed to start my job next week. I have called over 30 times and left multiple messages. I had to drive 40 minutes in person to find out that they messed this up. I was told I would receive a call back once the gentleman spoke to a supervisor. Alas, I am still waiting. This is considered malpractice, and grounds for a lawsuit due to lost wages if this is not remedied.Edit:My response. If you were truly apologetic, then correct your mistakes. Find my sample, and inform my employer that I passed. How hollow can a response be?
