I do all the calling and the staff works with me for a good rate. His family is not happy with there service and plan on changing. So happy we didn't leave. “Kurt was our sales rep. He was the nicest and most genuine individual I’ve met in a long while . We ran out of propane and got the referall from my MIL about Hammond . And Kurt came out the exact same day to bring us enough propane to get through our ridiculous mountain of laundry ?. Not only that but he went the extra mile and was trimming branches ( previously agreed upon with us ) off a tree so he could get back there . Now a days I feel most companies would tell you to figure it out and not bother . Not Kurt he was such a stand up guy a real good person soo happy with the pricing and outstanding customer service .”
