I will never use this company again! I contacted them to see if they could complete an order for Christmas on 12/13/23. I was told yes and dropped off my jacket that day for embroidery. I sent an email of the logo and information the same day. I was told I would receive a call or text when the item was ready for pick up. I hadn’t heard anything and I contacted the company on 12/21/23 to ask about my order. I was told that they lost my jacket and order and that it was not done. They said they would look for it and call me back on 12/22/23 with an update. They never called me back on 12/22/23. After calling multiple times, leaving voicemails, and sending an email, I never got a response. I finally called again around 1:00pm and someone answered. They told me that they did not have an order for me and that my jacket was not there. After explaining everything, I was told they would look for it and call back. I never got a return call. I did get an email asking questions about the order. I responded within 15 minutes of receiving it and never got a response back. My husband went to the shop and they were closed, even though the hours say they are open until 5:00pm. I tried calling and sent follow up emails with no response. Now, I do not have a Christmas gift. Since they lost my original jacket, I had to go purchase another one and am looking for a new place to go to get this completed. Not only did they not complete my order, but never responded to tell me if they found my coat or what the plan was. They were well aware this was for Christmas! We have spent hundreds of dollars with this company for my husbands race team. Never again! Do NOT go to this business unless you want it to be a HUGE hassle and be out the product you took in for completion!

I realize this business is quite busy, but the service can be very slow and communication is poor. A bit disappointed in that.

Pro Logo has great prices and excellent customer service. We are always very satisfied with the shirts we have printed there. Their turn around time is also good.

I dropped 3 workshirts of on a Friday with the impression that they would be completed Tuesday even asked twice what day these would be done by. I was getting OIF VETERAN on one sleeve and USMC on the other a total of 14 letters on 3 different shirts. So i call Tuesday morning 11am and speak with a lady who reassures me someone will be getting ahold of me in the afternoon telling me they are done. 5:30 rolls around and i know they close at 6 so I call back in and a gentleman tells me that he didnt know there was a rush on it and that they weren't done. I was upset at the fact that he made it seem as if my work isnt a priority to them, the fact of the matter is you give someone a timeframe then stick to it, especially after the person calls in the am to ensure the work is getting done! I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.....
