“Initially, I wasn't too impressed. Only one person works there, so you have to wait until the customer makes up their mind before you can be waited on. Once they finished up, Bailey was very friendly and extremely helpful.My complaint is that it takes forever to make a frame. I've been waiting over a month, and still no word if it's ready or not. Their so-called "due date" has long passed. A call or text would've been appropriate.Update a month later:As it turned out, it was a breakdown in communication.Aimee, the manager, actually texted me a week after I dropped it off, saying it was ready. For some reason, I never got that text. And, if course, I overreacted.Since that initial visit, I've learned that they go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction.The personalized service and care that they portray is unlike anything you'll find in shops similar to this caliber.This is something that is becoming harder to find. Genuine customer service, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.This was my first time using this shop, but it certainly won't be my last. For the quality of frame that I got, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost.The frame is perfect to go with the picture of my beautiful mother.I would recommend this shop to anyone who has any kind of framing needs.”

“Came in on New Year's Eve day with a large order of magazines to print for a camp in Manchester, the printing center was closed due to the employee calling in sick so we had no choice but to use the self serve printers which was taking FOREVER... the manager Jared ended up opening the printing station for us and finished in no time!!! It saved us so much time and work we are so thankful!! Definitely a great manager!”
