This was our first and last stop for new tires for my wife's bike. Hers didn't do well on gravel, so we went looking at P&T. The guy who helped us (I can't remember his name) was great! He wasn't pushy or demeaning about us needing tires for a bike that is obviously far cheaper than what they sell. He just listened to what we needed and showed us what he had that would work. He was friendly and helpful all around!

Quality bikes, good variety, great people. If you need a bicycle, gear, or a tune up, these pros will take great care of you.Addendum June 2021:In a time of Covid 19 pandemic, bicycle parts are not being manufactured, prior surpluses have been utilized, and parts are very hard to find. I brought a bicycle into these very kind and helpful people, for repairs. Because the parts that I needed were not immediately available, they repaired the parts that existed on the bicycle, to fine working order, so that I could continue to enjoy the bicycle. On top of that, in my opinion, they severely UNDERCHARGED me (in my opinion, I owe them some money). Every time I have ever stepped in that shop, I leave in a good mood - hard-working, kind, helpful, and just generally cheerful people are really nice to be around. I cannot recommend your patronage to this great store enough.

I went into the p&t shop to get a brake cable for my rear disc break and have a few parts installed. The rear is the most important break.The staff were standing around talking and laughing. After I got the price, I was told to come back Monday for the simple repair. Lazy!!He could have had it on the rack, and Finished in 7-10 minutes. It was 3:35!I had made plans to ride the falling waters trail to meet friends for a picnic. Without a rear break, that's not possible. You ruined my weekend, I hope you had fun standing around socializing. In order for me to come back, you are going to have to convince me that you will offer good service next time.UPDATE:There was 3 things I needed. Both of the possible repairs were extremely simple.... 7-10 minutes at the most. The third Item couldn't be done because I didn't have all of the parts. (and I understood that.)It is true the staff would not have known how simple it was, because he hasn't yet read the instructions for the odometer. (You just take the front wheel off, slide the rotator nut on and put the wheel back on...... that's it.) The staff were very nice, and respectful, and I was a little disrespectful, for that I apologize. I will be sure to bring my manners next time.What I was frustrated about is that the laxing of the type of repairs wasn't posted. please make it known on your website AND on the front door. Other than that everything was okay.I am planning to add a new bike to my collection, and your selection seems pretty good. We will try this again, if my experience is good, I will erase, and rewrite my entire review.Thank you, I hope we can be on better terms later.

We are so happy with this purchase!!! Everyone at P &T made it so easy. The delivery and set up was the icing on the cake. This Horizon treadmill is amazing. The teenagers and adults in the house all have loved using it. Walking to sprinting-it is smooth and pretty quiet. Thank you!!

I purchased the Landice L7 from P&T. It was a 4 month wait, because of all the backlog of parts, but George was absolutely fabulous throughout the entire process! The 2 guys he sent to install the treadmill were punctual, efficient and thorough. I would 110% recommend P&T Fitness!

Very good place to come for your biking needs. I needed a helmet and I think her name was Alex (not sure on the spelling) she was awesome and very knowledgeable. I ended up with a really good helmet. I read on line this particular one was rated 4 out of 106 helmets. The price was right too. I will be going here for my biking needs.

I have purchased multiple bikes from P&T Fitness and also had them service another bike purchased elsewhere. Each time the service and kind assistance from everyone has been excellent. I highly recommend P&T Fitness and am thankful they are local to Jackson.
