I brought my Aveton Level in as it was showing an error message with the brakes on the screen. They were very helpful and found the minor problem causing the message and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend On Two Wheels.

The owner and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about biking. Their service is excellent, my husband and I owned a small business and know what it takes. My husband purchased an E-bike last year. He is 81 and rides as often as he gets a chance. He just got over double pneumonia, he has fibrosis. This bike has helped him recover and is the best purchase he ever made. Again, service and passion and staff.

I bought my first trek bike from here. And had a great experience with buying it, as well worth getting it serviced, and other things that coming with owning a bike. Overall on2wheels is a amazing bike shop. 10/10

A bit of a late review, but had an absolutely awesome experience with Matt, Adam, and the other guys with the purchase of my Pivot Firebird early 2022. The bike was sold out everywhere and they were able to get me on one in a very short period of time and at a phenomenal price!They were super accommodating and gracious enough not to charge a huge install fee for Ride Wrap and other accessories. Great job assembling the bike and quality Ride Wrap installation.I ride mostly in Northern Michigan and the UP where there is actually some decent elevation. Placed top 10% in both Trails Fest and the Marquette Enduro, the bike practically rides itself!

I was having problems with my triathlon bike without many options left. The race was next day. The guys went out of their way to help me out. Above and beyond service. Even tuned up the bike.Learned a couple things also. Very informative and took the time to explain things.Thanks for getting me back on the road and not missing out on the event!!!

I had a problem with my bike seat. They fixed it right away. We bought my husband’s bike from them last week. It was an awesome experience. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend them for any of your bike needs!!!

Wish I could give this place 10 stars. Been a customer now for 3 years and have purchased 3 bikes, a car rack, and tons of equipment and repairs. Every time I go in the staff takes care of me with top notch service. The turn around time has been more than fair when my bikes need work. They don't overcharge for anything. These guys will drop anything when you walk in to make sure your questions are answered and that you have all the information you need to make decisions. I have interacted with their staff probably 100 times and never had a negative interaction with any of them. I would recommend On Two Wheels to anyone who loves bikes, seasoned rider or new, and anyone interested in learning more about bikes.

100% recommend them for bikes. I called to discuss what bike would best suit my needs a couple years ago, and they were very pleasant to talk to - and very knowledgeable, suggesting some bikes I could look up online and compare. Once I ordered one, they made sure it was ready for me to ride before I left the shop. Two years later, the bike is still in great shape. Quality products, knowledgeable and passionate people…overall, a great place to shop.

This place is every thing you could want in a bike shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that doesn't judge you based on your bike. They are here to keep you riding and enjoying the outdoors. Their service staff are experienced and can cut to the chase without running up the bill or trying to sell you on something you don't want. I would send my friends here, I would send my grandma here. Very Satisfied with my visit to On Two Wheels!

I had what I thought was a huge problem with my hydraulic breaks on my gravel bike. I called on OTW and they said stop beluga and it's a simple fix. I was in and out in no time. I will take all my business to them from now on.

Awesome service and positive attitude ? Tuned up/ madhusted my 27 year old Diamondback and explained the features of a new Trek. Will be back to buy a bike in the summer. Highly recommended ?

Took a mountain bike I had purchased the day before from a big chain store to On Two Wheels because the rear tire would not inflate, and the shifter didn't act like it was working quite right. After the bike was given a quick inspection, I was informed of a few other issues that needed to be addressed in order to make the bike rideable. (Only one half of the rear brake was working, and the derailer had an issue) Was told to give them at least two days to perform a complete tune up, but received a call the next day informing me my bike was tuned up and ready to be picked up. I'll definitely be returning to One Two Wheels for any future bike repair needs!
