When I called they didn't even say who they were, I had to ask them. And then she wasn't really paying attention to what I had asked about as I had to repeat myself repeatedly. Vert distracted secretary! And they are book out two weeks.! Fyi.

I took my Chihuahua Lotus to them because he was coughing, and was having trouble breathing for about one day. They checked him over,and said he has Congestive Hart Failure. They gave me medication for his . With in about 10 hours he was about 95% better. It's been about 7 weeks since his problem, and he is 100%better. They are a Great place to take your pet to.

Killed my dog went off of alot of maybes I believe the vets need to go to school longer I'd never take my dog back if I could anyway

Provided adequate services for my cat for years and able to get my cat in for same day unexpected appointments which was appreciated. Very thankful for their gentle care during the painful process of putting my cat to rest. The cremation service was handled by them and I received his remains in a few days. Definitely recommend their services.

Very caring and professional.Lower cost than most , heartfelt and caring place to take your pet. Sad day for me today losing my best friend but they helped me through it . Thank you❤️

Great team of people that care about animals! I have taken both my Cat and Rabbit here and have had nothing but great experinces. They genuinely care for the well being of animals and have been very helpful in an ongoing medical condition with my Rabbit.

Northwest was awesome. Our poor dog Manny had been having multiple seizures the weekend of Nov 18-19. My sister called a couple vets so we could see about having him put down. He was 14 and had lived a long and happy life. No one could get us in that quick and we just couldn't watch our Manny suffer with the disorientation and the effect it was having on his ability to walk much longer. After telling us no, it would have to be later in the week, my sister started sobbing to the poor receptionist who then said "Let me see what I can do." She called back and said the could get him in that same day. We are forever grateful for the love and compassion they showed us in such a difficult time. Thank you guys so much!

I love this place and would recommend this vet to anyone! We only had 60$ and unfortunately had to put our eldest fur baby down. They let us pay 60$ and then the rest later. We got her cremated and now she is home. All my fur babies will continue to go see them especially since they are so loved by the staff and handled with care ❤️ Thank you Northwest Staff for all you do for our fur community
