“Added line and traded in a Galaxy S7 for an S22 Ultra, and ported the number from a Boost Mobile phone. There was nobody ahead of me when I got there about 3pm, so was able to start the process immediately. Was done by 4pm, including time to install screen protector.Deducted 1 star because they didn't have any Lifeproof Next or SEE cases for the S22 or S22 Ultra. Would've deducted only a half star, but that's not an option.”

“The sales staff was great at this location. The gentleman who helped me was extremely patient,honest, and informative. The store was very clean, and I could tell the employees actually cared and strive for a positive working environment. It's been 7 years since my last phone upgrade, so my catching up with the whole process was super slow, and I appreciate all the help!Unfortunately, i have to add that I did visit the other at&t location on E. Mich ave in Jackson first. I experienced the complete opposite. I walked in was somewhat greeted and explained. I was looking for a new phone and an extension on my contract.($$ right?) The guy sitting at the desk would not even get out of the chair told me they don't have any of the phones. I was interested in in stock and basically did not seem interested in answering my questions about the device even though he did not have one In stock. I tried to look past that initially. But I honestly was the only person in the store He made me feel like there was better things to do. Conclusion, it worked out for the Best. Because I enjoyed my experience. Upgrading and meeting the sales staff at the other location. I would highly recommend visiting the AT&T location near Jackson crossing mall.”
