Nice old school shoe store they are short and to the point the gentleman helping me had me sized, fitted, laced up and out the door with the perfect shoe for my work needs within five minutes of my arrival glad I stopped in and checked them out because the big name stores didn't have what I needed and certainly don't have the committed staff to actually size you up and fit you right I will definitely be back they have my business until one of us are dead and gone

My job requires me to be on my feet 10+ hours a day, seven days a week. I've had an ever growing pain in my foot, it started more than a dozen years ago and got to the point I could hardly walk on it by the end of the day. Five doctors over the years including two foot doctors and a neurologist couldn't help. One visit to Miller's and they fixed it. Crazy but true. All for less than a Dr visit! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This modern shoe store delivers with old time class. When you enter just simply have a seat. As they come to you and listen to and help you get the shoe the is the best for your feet. They are so knowledgeable with 3 going on 4 generations of Podiatrists. They bring the shoes to you and put them on your foot and tie the shoe for you. You just let them know what you're looking for and if you have any problems with shoes and they will get you the best for you. Can't wait to go back definitely made a return guest of me.

I rarely do reviews , but this one has to be done.I’m an older adult that has been around awhile so I know integrity, value, and genuine great customer care.The people go beyond expectations. About 10 years ago we refound this shoe store. Since then we have enjoyed the personal fitting of the shoes…and just recently I needed custom made inserts for my shoes to help my knee issues. Steve ( the owner ) made them personally…who knew we had this talent in Jackson,Mi . They were ready the next day ( not that it might take longer sometimes) He was thorough and had me walk to make sure they were correct…one he said needed adjusted…he went and did that.. fantastic. Even my Knee specialist was impressed.Great people & great place. Thank you

Came here for work boots, Jason (?), the older gentleman, greeted me right away. Asked what I needed, took my shoe size, and I was out the door within 4 mins. He was very friendly in that time and welcomed me to the city. Super glad I went here instead of Walmart or Meijer.

I took a pair of Birkenstocks in to be resoled. They sent them to a third party and they came back with new soles but the leather had been cut in the process. I took them back in and was told "they will either replace the leather or the shoe." I went to pick them up to find someone and put some glue on the leather which looked messy and who knows if it will hold. I asked for clarification and was told the initial repair person (who had cut the leather) was out of business so they had sent it to someone else. I reminded them of what I had been told when I dropped it off the second time and that was denied. I asked what could be done to resolve the issue and was told nothing could be done. They gave me the number for the person they said they had sent it to initially but when I called that person they denied having business with Millers. I stated I would no longer do business with them and the proprietor said "so now you are punishing me?" No- its called natural consequences for a lack of integrity and for not taking responsibility.
