Brandon is absolutely amazing and I'm so sad that he's actually leaving our East Michigan store he's always on top of things he's always been very informative he knows what he's talking about. Any questions you have he answers immediately he doesn't have to look anything up he doesn't have to research he just knows he's very informative when I leave the store I do not have any questions after I've talked to Brandon .. been with Metro for several years I've never had a problem I finally got my husband to switch over to Metro he got an iPhone 11 for a phenomenal deal we never have any problems with service we never lose calls we never get dropped calls my Wi-Fi works great and automatically switches over to Xfinity Wi-Fi when I'm away from my home. I love Metro people have tried to get me to switch to other places I tried Cricket for 6 months and I literally to the day 6 months went right back to Metro because cricket has terrible service their phones are awful they run slow... Bottom Line Metro is the best company to go through hands down! My opinion! Very happy with MetroPCS will never switch to another company ever again. I was with Metro since 2014 when I came back from New York I switched to Cricket because a friend of mine told me they had phenomenal deals and great and it was better than Metro blah blah blah I wasn't happy but I had to wait 6 months in order to switch back and trust me I will never leave Metro again!

Personally I feel like the east michigan store is elite to all other stores my dude Jeremy has always been more than polite and helpful he makes the experience so much simpler and puts the customers first he should be the example of what an amazing employee should be like

Had a great experience switching over to metro. Was greeted with kindness, felt very welcomed. Bethany at metro on Michigan Ave is awesome. Anyone who wants great service, friendly atmosphere then I recommend you to go visit Bethany on Michigan Ave.

Dishonest dealer makes a dishonest establishment. I called about an iPhone SE and I was told that they had one in stock. I wanted to take advantage of the port in special that they were offering. I got there at about 7: 45 pm, when the salesperson told me that he had one. Then he quoted me at over $100 out the door with the $150 discount. I asked him what all the breakdown was on the fees and it turns out that it was more like just shy of 90 dollars. When I informed him that I had already been to the other MetroPCS store and they had quoted me just under $90 out the door, he peered at me like a deer caught in the Headlights, and mumbled "well let me check over at that store and and talk to them". So, he went around to the back room to where no one could hear. Then he came back with a different story claiming that there was no iPhone SE. I then persistently questioned him and asked him why he told me there was but now he is saying there was not, and his third answer was that the iPhone SE was "on hold." To me that smacked of rank dishonesty, or sheer laziness and that he did not want to stay past closing time to go through all of the rigmarole of a port in from another company.
