Every Meijer pharmacy is horrible but this is by far the worst. I’m sure they go out of their way to drag their feet getting your prescription. It should not take 15 minutes to get your prescription when it’s ready right there. They go out of their way to make the line as long as possible. I just left there. There was one person in line in front of me and it took 38 minutes to get my prescription.

I don't know why I still use this pharmacy!!! They never call you when there is a problem with your prescription, so maybe I don't know, you can work on fixing the problem. Then when you have waited and waited for notification that script ready and it doesn't come, and then call them to see why and they say there was a problem on my Dr office side and are rude and act like it isn't their problem at 6pm after the Dr office closed and now I have to wait to get a hold of my Dr to fix it. When all they would have to do is call me, or send a notification by text when they received it so I could have fixed the problem while I waited all day. So now I call every time, 15 min after it is sent and make sure there are no problems. I never had this issue with any other pharmacy. I won't even go on about the awful rudeness that everyone of then exhibit (aside from a couple very nice ladies)they are extremely rude and disrespectful, even when I'm at my nicest. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I have a prescription that they won't fill because they have it over the counter. I was told by the other pharmacy that they could get a kind my insurance covers, but they want me to pay $12 for 10 or 15 pills or pay the over the counter price.

As others have mentioned, it's not unheard of to get a text saying your medicine is ready for pickup, only to have your time completely wasted after you wait in line to be told it's not ready.
Then, if any other time you have the nerve to call and confirm a medication is ready, they act like you're an idiot over the phone ("Uh, the text said it's ready, why are you calling? Duh" type of attitude)
Also as others have stated, medications aren't well stocked here either. An addition to these problems, there was also a period a couple of weeks ago where the pharmacy was just completely unreachable and Meijer technical support had me on hold as they kept repeatedly trying to call. A half hour later I finally spoke to someone. It was embarrassing.
Get your stuff together please.

First CVS, then Walgreens, now Meijer(airport rd). ALL of them have lines ALL the time. And how come the EXACT same prescription every month ranges from $3- $6??? Pricing based on the phase of the moon? Insurance? Meijers coding? What a racket...busy non stop but never enough help on staff to keep up with the line. No more 30+ minute waits, online I go....no one to blame but themselves cuz its been this way for years!

I've called the pharmacy 4 times and it just constantly rings. I've had this issue numerous times. I'm very sick and dont want to make the trip for my medicine to not be done.

Called to refill prescription but, their automated service was down so I had to be transferred through, called a handful of times and each time the phone was picked up and hung up.

You’ll wait in line for over 30 minutes for them to not have your meds ready.. even though they sent a text saying they were ready. Then they’ll be super rude and unhelpful when you’re trying to get a medication you absolutely need.That’s IF they have the meds in stock at all..

Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to not have a prescription ready, when they notified me that it was ready. The tech told me they don’t know what happened, but they can’t magically pull it off the shelf and I would need to wait in the area another 15 minutes. Not a great customer service experience.
