Multiple shops in town have tried to rip me off, including the ones that dump big money into radio ads, but not Masters. Clark was upfront, honest, and helpful. Told me what had to be fixed, what could be fixed, and caught a huge mistake from another shop. So happy I've found my shop in Jackson.

I took my father in-laws Chrysler here for a second opinion quote to what I was told was going to be over $1k of work at another local repair shop. Hours later, I get a call explaining where the problem really was and the whole thing cost 1/10th of the others minimum estimate that would never have solved the issue.

They fixed my daughter's car and did a good job. I highly recommend this place cause they do a very good job.
