Great service and great prices. Great LOCAL company, not one of those big name chain stores. Stopped by earlier in the morning to get a quote, went back a few hours later and got 4 brand new tires for a fraction of the cost that the other places charge.

I think this is the most disrespectful tire place I ever been to in Jackson. I went in one day to see if I can get four new tires brakes and rotors. I don’t know if the guy was having a bad day but he was so disrespectful so rude and talking to me like I owe him something I just looked at him and told him you know what I’ll take my business somewhere else. Customer service means a lot to me and you let me walk out the door knowing that four tires and rotors and brakes was a lot of money next time just fix your attitude I didn’t do anything to you.

I went to Kutcha's for new tires and a replacement strut for my 2011 Rav4. The strut repair caused a cv boot issue that they tried to fix the same night. It couldn't be done and the part wasn't available until Monday. I was carless. Chris drove me home. On Monday, he called me to pick up the car and when I got there, he told me that there was no charges at all! That's the kind of customer service that doesn't happen anymore. Kutcha's has a regular customer now! Thank you!
