My husband bought me a purse there 3 weeks ago. I am very careful with it but the straps are unraveling. Can't take it back because he don't keep receipts. I will NEVER buy another purse from there very cheaply made. I may never purchase anything again I will go to Penny's or Macy's first!

I have a problem with Kohl's Cash. I earned $40 in Kohl's Cash but it was emailed to me in my promotions which I don't check often. It was good for only 7 days. It expired the day before I found it. Called customer service who said there was nothing they could do. They just lost me as a customer. I'm done.

My daughter found a dress in a style she had been searching for since 2018, but it was the wrong size. Micheal, the cashier, was able to determine that the size she needed should be in the store. Mellisa somehow was able to locate the dress in her size. Thanks to both of them her dream was fulfilled. Both of them gave excellent Customer Service! Thank you!

On June 5, 2024. My grandson, his cousin, a friend of their, and I. Was entering Kohl's from the mall in Jackson Crossing. Before entering my grandson cousin and their friend was jumping up to touch the sign. The boys were all just a little ahead of me. Has we enter, a lady came around a corner with in two seconds and said to the boys why were all three of you jumping in my store. ? Which was just before we came in. Then, she said respect the store and don't cause trouble and you was doing this right in front of that lady. Then, I spoke up and said this one here is my grandson and he was not jumping. Which he did not. Then, she said okay. I felt like she had target them because one was black, cousin was mexican and my grandson is mix. If, I had not been there ,she probably would have followed them around. When she found out that I was with them then it was ok. I am white. All these boys are good boys. I felt like she was being judgemental and targeting the boys and that is not right.
