We had an excellent experience with the Kitchen Shop. Cabinets came in when promised and were installed immediately. Andy Osburn did an excellent job installing them. I would highly recommend the Kitchen Shop.

my name is Geoff Hunter. We have a Lake House in Brooklyn (South Lake) and I just wanted to drop you a quick note.
I purchased a kitchen from your company about 6 years ago and needed some help in replacing some worn cabinet faces.
I came in off the street and was given off to Tanner for help. He was polite and professional from the start... Even though he knew I wasn't looking for a new kitchen.
He professionally and personally made me feel important and followed up within a few days with an action plan for me on how to replace doors that were no longer available. I have since placed and received two orders from him
and am extremely pleased not only with his effort but the quality and timely response from the Manufacturer.
I am a business owner and was pleasantly taken back by the young man's efforts to assist me and support me on such a small need.
I started in sales a long time ago and it's refreshing to meet someone like Tanner and just wanted to let you know.
Don't know the kid from Adam, but you can use me any time as a reference. And so can he.. If he was an Engineer I would offer him a job today!!! LOL
Felt it important to let you know as a business owner myself!!!

Thank you to Alice for choosing excellent hardware for our bathroom vanity and shower. We completely remodeled our standard bathroom to accommodate a barrier-free shower She also chose an ADA vanity with a cabinet. I left the decisions up to her and her choices have worked out very well.Service: Granite countertop installation

First Tanner provides top notch service! Anna did a design for a new pantry cabinet system. Tanner made sure my cabinets worked for the space when I feared they wouldn’t even offered to come on site to check everything. He made sure the countertop installation and sink and faucet installation went smooth! I now have the most beautiful pantry system and countertops! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. We purchased a sink from this company. I regret every bit of this decision. The quote they gave us was the excact same package number which includes sink drain and cleaner at every other store, there are seperate item numbers for sink sold individually and I made sure this one had the combo drains and kit. They only gave us the sink and tried to charge us around $80 to get what was the originally included in the package and refuse to give us the rest of what we ordered. The manager or owner Heather told me I should take her to court. Shop at Lowe's or Menards you get a better price and if something is wrong you get way better customer service.

Absolutely worst costumer service ever. Anna is uneducated and unable to take proper measurements and then once she was notified she was wrong she did nothing to fix or help fix the mistake and continued to insist she was right. The 6 extra cabinets and my unreturned money says otherwise. The owner then backs Anna and see nothing wrong with her horrible management and inability to take responsibility for her mistakes. I would never recommend anybody even steps place in their showroom. The only plus I could ever say about our business with the kitchen shop was Susan and the actual workers who came into my house and preformed the work. They worked with us, outside of the kitchen shop to fix the mistakes made by Anna. They were professional and well versed in their individual crafts, something that is not able to be said about Anna.

I spoke with Andy about redoing our kitchen, sent pictures with measurements immediately after our phone call. Didn’t hear from him after five days so emailed and asked if he received my pictures and if he needed anything else from me. Two weeks later still no response to either email. If this is any indication how they do business, I’ll pass.

Sue was by far the most helpful person I've talked to out of the 4 stores I shopped. She not only helped me find the perfect flooring, but called multiple distributors on the spot to see when I could receive the floors to fit my timeline. I highly recommend this store, not only for the wonderful service, but great selection and prices that beat other stores too!

I ended up having less cabinet storage than I started with. MY design plan was ignored and they designed it how they wanted to. The quality is questionable, I doubt it's going to last for years.

The red head at the front desk never spoke or looked up when we walked in today.She got the floor manager, Heather Dunigan, who was rude and extremely unprofessional.
