Wonderful experience working with Jerry. He was professional and took us through the process of buying our new car with little stress involved. We didn't really know if we would be buying a new car yet, but Jerry was easy to talk to and consequently easy to buy from. ? We bought a Kia.

We needed service for a recall parts replacement for our K900 and an oil change. We were notified when the parts came in, set up a service date, and the communications were excellent. The car had been cleaned inside and outside before we picked it up, and the recall and service items were completed. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you to the KIA service team for a job well done. We'll be back.

If I could give a zero star I would. Had my car for over a month then when given back due to it still not fixed after a month of having it they said it would be another week before getting to it. This is unacceptable when you didn't fix it the first time you had it for over a month. Had the vehicle for over two months. Not sure what they expect people to do when keeping vehicles for two months. Their customer service when you are there and call is terrible and that's if they answer. I would definitely try a different Kia branch or take your car basically anywhere else

Ed needs to understand, you don't lose a customer by making a mistake, you lose a customer by how you address the mistake you made. Calling someone a 'woman' because you didn't do basic service properly isn't the way to get return business. They took parts off my car and didn't put them back on, nor did they offer to replace them. Too bad, I had a good experience buying a new seltos there in Sept 2023 and was going to buy a decent used car from there next month when my bonus comes in...hope the sales staff know it is because of Ed's abysmal behavior they will be missing out on a sale.

Even though they didn't have the car I was looking for, the salesmen was very tentative and helpful. Great job. He was a top producing salesman.

They purposely messed up my PSI on all my tires and left the caps off 2 of my tires because I refused a service that my owners manual does NOT recommend or require
And they didn't call me back when I called to address it. Plus they make My steering wheel dirty every time

I made an apt for an oil change online, that next morning I received a voicemail stating that they are not open at that time frame so they didn’t know why it was a time slot online for that. Later that evening around the time that I initially created the apt I got a text asking if I was still going to make my apt ? I had to further explain to them that someone had called earlier that morning stating the above. That day I had went back online to reschedule my oil change apt for the following day and now take off of work.
Not happy.
Then the price I always pay for an oil change somehow raised from the time I signed in the garage to the check out from 80 something to 90 something. that never happens. And they did my normal oil change nothing further. when I got in my vehicle they didn’t even vaccine it as they always do. I had a passenger day that had print on it and the seat all the way back looked worse inside then when I brought it. Not impressed at all waits my last oil change apt. I would like to be reimburse for the overage charges I got charge for my oil change, also they need to make sure they stay consistent in their job. If you’re going to vacuum every time then do so. At this point I don’t know that they even did their full job for the oil change.

Imagine being 3 states from home on holiday, and your car dies with no warning signs nor check engine light. Day after Thanksgiving, 90 minutes into a 12 hour drive home, and I end up going to the closest dealer. Upon inspection, they find I need a software update and charge me $160, claiming I had missed the coverage of the update by 2000 miles. Two separate employees assure me for times that it will be fine for the remainder of my 600-mile journey home. Off I go happy as a lark. 65 miles later and just across the state line into Indiana, the exact same thing happens. Yet another tow bill to another dealer only to be told the fix was only a temporary fix. And now, my engine is completely dead, non repairable. Kia of Jackson claims they will not refund the original work because they followed the Kia protocol. Lesson here, do not trust the work of KIA OF JACKSON. It didn't last 65 miles. They offered no further help. They straight faced lied to my face that the fix was good for the remainder of my trip home and took my money. This resulted in having to purchase a new car. Shame on this service department.
To edit this and bring this current, no one from this location ever reached out to try and apologize, take accountability, or even offer a refund. I called and had a great discussion last month with someone claiming to be the service manager. They claimed to need to discuss with someone else and would get back to me. They never called back. It has been two months. I suggest you avoid this deceitful business that will NOT stand behind their work.

They wanted to get a credit check for a test drive! The salesperson was nice and I'm sure their manager made them do that. Three stars I give them!

Had to pay way more to get a replacement battery because the dealership is the only one that has the fuse attached to the battery. So, an extra $150 in charges right before Christmas. Thanks

Don’t bother trying to make an appointment for service. You can call and call you will just get voicemails and no return calls so take it to Lansing or better yet TOLEDO IS GREAT!
