I highly recommend Kelly Imports! Very thorough, kept us informed about our car. The price wasn't really high for all the work they did. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.

Had a repair done that had a mishap I called back and asked if they could redo it and not only did they fix it they put a brand new part in for safe measure and did not charge me at all 10/10 service as well

I would not recommend taking a vehicle to this facility. Employees seems friendly but certainly a racket. Took my vehicle here and was ask about a repair and was told if it could be fixed for $300 would I approve the repair. I wasn't told they would charge me $300 for a diagnostic without a repair. Beware of this unethical business.

Called several times and was told Bill would call me back. Never returned my calls re: servicing my Mercedes. I'll also never take my Porsche or Lexus here either. You're not the only game in town anymore and Automotive Perfection is cleaning your clock.

I’m kind of disappointed in the service I received on my vehicle. I had spent 1200 on a belt, tensioner and a brake flush. Granted it fixed the issue but I had asked them about a coolant leak I know was coming from engine. He said it’s more likely just the reservoir when doing an oil change and they didn’t find anything when test driving ex. I work at the dealership an know the basic automotive findings. So I Pick it up and again asked about coolant leak as Wes just said nope ??Literally drove maybe 5 miles in a garage to look at a COOLANT LEAK ON FLOOR. Call the next day, all I get was to bring it back an I’m more the welcome to CHARGE Ya for more. What’s Crazy is it was 850 just in Labor. Well, that’s all I gotService: General repairs & maintenance

2 starters replaced there in 2 years, this time when I got my car back it was shaking terribly and wouldn’t accelerate that very night I got it back. They want to charge me to have it looked at again even though it wasn’t doing that before at all. Left spending over $3,000 at this place and having a car that has just as many issues if not more than before they worked on it. They don’t care about the customer and will charge you insane prices.
