“Brought in my ring from another jeweler, I had changed out my center stone from a sapphire to a ruby, I was interested in doing a bigger stone but the jeweler I got the ring from told me there was no way I could. Bought a cheap ruby put it in and HATED my ring. Came in here and talked to Morgan and Lynn about rubies and maybe diamonds for my ring. We had what I thought was gonna be 2 rubies and one diamond transferred in for me to look at I get here and they had 3 diamonds in varying carats and clarity’s and colors and multiple rubies. I expressed my concern over the bigger stones to which her jeweler said was bogus cuz he could absolutely put a bigger stone in. Ended up picking a beautiful diamond which was 2 times the size of my current stone and could NOT be happier. The lady’s were ABSOLUTELY amazing. I can’t wait to get my ring back!
UPDATE: I have gotten my ring back and let me tell you this is the BEST work I have EVER seen. Even when my ruby was mounted from the previous jeweler it didn’t look right. This ring has made me BALL MY EYES OUT. Will be coming back to get my husbands and the girls should get a damn RAISE. First 2 pics are the work that they did and the second is how it was before. That’s the size Jen the previous jeweler said I couldn’t go bigger than.”
