This is a wonderful storage business. Very friendly staff. The storage units are great too. Has heated storage units for winter.

#1 place for anything that needs storage. I have been using Jackson Indoor storage facility for close to 10 years. Every fall I rent a small indoor storage unit and I also store my boat in the indoor open facility. Their owners have always been kind, friendly, and helpful. Best place in Town

Reserved a U-Haul truck for 9 AM. Got there at 9 AM for them to tell us that they don’t have the truck because the previous renter didn’t return it on time. Proceeded to argue with my husband that it was “not their fault” and there is “nothing they can do.” We did not receive a call from them prior to our “guaranteed reservation” time stating that the truck was still not back. Extremely disappointed at their customer service, or lack of. Only giving one star because 0 stars is not an option.

Would like to thank Jackson Indoor Storage for being able to help us out at the last mintue with storing my boat. The faciluty is close to home and easy in and out access. Thank you again for going above and behond and helping us. Oh and the remodiling of the faciluty will look great once its all done.
