Never answers the calls, at first Crystal seems friendly until you sign the papers. Then she completely disapears... I would not recomend this to anyone...I wish i had read the reviews before hiring their service!

Spoke to owner about rental space, provided email address for rental agreement and never received anything. Called her cell phone and never got an answer or response. Baffled.

Worst place ever door kept getting hit,paid in adva 've and kept getting over due notices bad bookkeeping don't go here find another place

Paid 3mo. In advance kept getting overdue notices and threats of eviction .got stuff out after 3mo. I don't recommend. Them bad book keeping records and I don't like threats especially when I'm paid up.

Horrible horrible horrible at first Crystal was friendly I needed a storage unit ASAP so she unlocked one for me and said let's meet in the morning for payment I had to be somewhere at 9 so we were to meet at 8 by 8:20 I was getting antsy and she wasn't answering so I left. I also regretfully left my second vehicle and the u haul there when I came back around 11 they were both gone, I call Crystal to my surprise she answers and when I tell her the conversation she tells me the police probably had them towed then when I call blackman township they say yes we did because the owner Crystal told us to so I then call her and she admits it ( why didn't you tell me from the beginning) then I had to pay to get them out. I was already under stress from moving and now this!! My choices were limited so I stayed which was bad because this lady had already lied to my face within 12 hours. Then she kept sending me bills with late fees worst experience ever. If I could rate 0 stars I would have
