I thought this bank was great, it is not. I've been given the run around on early pay for the last 2 weeks. I called customer service, they said go to the bank. I go to the bank they said call customer service. I called customer service again they said I may or may not be eligible, they have no way of telling. But the website says they do. Funny thing is my co worker who gets paid the same way i do even uses huntington got paid yesterday. Hmmm. If your getting an account with them for early deposits dont... bank closes early opens late and you cant get anything done!

I was there on March 5 2024 I had a really nice gentleman named Jacob Bullock I believe thank you for helping me set up my account and having my card delivered to the bank you went above and beyond for me I truly appreciate it continue to help others as you did me

I started out admiring the management, the curtesy, and service rendered. I'm not really sure, but they wanted to close my account. I Was told that I would get a check for $1650.00 in the mail. However, after waiting, and waiting for weeks, it never came. I was concerned, as it's quite a significant amount of money, so I started calling management, two- three times a week. Never got a response. Then I called a different office, who said I have to speak to Customer Service. I called their leaving messages. No reciprocal calls back. No money. Where is my check? Do they even care? It surprises and amazes me that a Bank trying to get established in Jackson could be so careless, and poor customer service. I was asked for this evaluation. I would have stayed more quiet, if I had not been asked, and or weren't completely dissatisfied, insulted.

Honestly I love this bank, but also don’t really like it all in the same breath. It felt like I was walking into a “judge me” zone when I stepped up to the counter to inquire about opening an account but at the same time the actual lady who set my account up was the sweetest. Outside of that small inside feeling of being singled out my main actual issue with this bank is they update their terms every other year. I’ve never been with a bank that changes their ToS more or in such a drastic manner every time. Outside of their tellers and ToS this bank is great. You get early pay so your money arrives the day before most folks and their support team is always very responsive and fast.

Been here since 1997. Alot of name changes over the years but the employees are amazing. I recently changed 2 of my accounts to another bank only because I was always taught not to have all my eggs in one basket. In today's economic disaster I don't want to be caught without access to my money. I know this bank has down sized and closed alot of their branches already so I got extremely nervous. It's nice to get paid 2 days early with direct deposits. They have changed their credit revolving now so it doesn't benefit me at all. You have to keep 200. In your checking every day. I have 3 large dogs to feed and with the prices on everything it's impossible. I think I have 3.00 in my checking here now until the 1st of the month. I don't remember things being this difficult when Trump was President. I wouldn't have had to sell my car if he was still president. Sad times we are living in folks.

Absolutely horrible. LEARN TO ANSWER THE PHONE. App is ALWAYS down. Rude employees. Will steal your money and then say “not our problem” . Trash bank with trash people! Do yourself the favor and avoid them at all cost.

I pulled into the drive-through on Tuesday evening, @ 4:57pm. The young man who was the teller, and whose name i don't remember, was a delightful person and exemplary employee. I was received with kindness and politeness, and never rushed. True customer-first service. Thank you.

Would rate a zero but that's not an option. So you are telling me someone who lives paycheck to paycheck is not a good customer for you? Ex. Someone goes negative on their account. That person comes to deposit/cash a check, and doesnt get access to that money until the next day because they we're negative. You can't just pay the balance, deposit some, and cash some. Well that's not very user friendly. Poor service.
