Virginia is the worst tax person there. She messed everything up with my taxes, and now I’ve been waiting for months for my return. The IRS caught her mistakes and now I’m getting even more back. She’s a disaster.

HR Block Jackson Crossing customer service was not as expected this year. Our video call appointment was missed, and the preparer was not prepared when we spoke on the phone later. It was rushed. We were not able to add direct deposit information for the refund. We will not return to HR Block again.

Got my Taxes filed the same day as my appointment and was about 30 minutes long, a little pricey but for a new business owner like myself and not very knowledgeable on this new tax bracket, I was able to get all Federal, State, and City taxes filled at the same time. Thank you.

Went here to file my taxes and I think the software made the error because my state taxes was efiled and 2 pages wasnt sent in. they didnt know what to but they also didnt try figure it out. I had to go above their heads call corporate and get sent to a different location to get help

Uploaded my files to the app for a specific tax rep. Then Cindy who was not my tax rep decided to take over my prep without my permission. Then when the rep that I sent my stuff too saw her printing my w2s and asked why she was doing that, and informed her that I was her client, Cindy told her that anybody can do anybody's drop offs. Well that's not alright by me. I designated it to a certain tax rep and that was not Cindy. I was never notified of this and I was originally supposed to have an appointment over the phone with my original tax prep. She never called when she was supposed to, so the next week I call to figure out what's going on and find all this out and Cindy never even called me or finished my tax prep. Absolute unprofessionalism from Cindy and everyone else there just acted like it was no big deal. Had to completely start over and set a new appointment with my original tax prep. Tax documents are a personal thing and Cindy shouldn't feel like she can do whatever she wants.
