I went to buy a vinyl window and asked them to cut it to a specific size, but they told me they couldn't do it. In general, they have very poor customer service.

Able to buy and setup delivery of washer dryer combo with service provider at home depot without any hassles. Loved it so much that I will be ordering more!

I had the worst experience at the Home Depot in Jackson. Long story short, we went in store to order a storm door for replacement. After picking out our door, we went to schedule installation. The computers were having issues so we were told the order was placed and we would get a call from installers. After a week, we went back in store to see what the status was. We were told that the order we had was blank and thus cancelled. I was frustrated but I understand things happen. So we went through the process again. I was assured by the manager that we would receive better service this time. We did get the installers to the house to measure the door. Per the printed document we got from Home Depot, we expected a call to schedule the appointment within a week. It is now 3 weeks after and we hadn't heard anything. I just called to check status and wouldn't you know it, our order is blank again. No info on the door we supposedly ordered. The manager I spoke with was completely unhelpful. She transferred me back to Jim in millworks (who was kind, apologetic, and trying to be helpful) only to be told that we would have to start over again. I am done with Home Depot. I can't believe that lack of responsibility the management team took for this. It is a little project but between my dad and my brother-in-law and myself, we have spent MILLIONS of dollars on materials. So I decided to buy the door at Lowe's and will have it installed by a local contractor. It will be done next week. And now I am going to spend this snowy afternoon letting everyone know how disappointed I am in the response from Home Depot.

I have always shopped at Lowe’s and always gotten a discount when purchasing a big order. Home Depot push the pro membership so that you can get a discount for a big order. After spending $6500 I got a whopping 2% off. If Lowes sold Lifeproof flooring I would’ve went there, but since Home Depot is the only one that sells it I am stuck.

The 3rd party sales team that they used was down right terrible. I went with Home Depot because they promised next day service. The contractor came a 1 1/2 days after they said they would be there. The salesman also told me he was confident that my water heater needed to be a certain height. Because of his lack of knowledge and impatience it cost an $600 do refit the pipes around the water heater to fit the new, taller system. Very disappointed. I will not be using Home Depot Service ever again.Service: Installation

Don't waste your time. Did a large order with them to have shipped to my home. Only one product arrived out of 3 that I ordered, and it was all damaged. The bunk of drywall was all scraped with the forklift so I refused it since it was damaged and the 90 sheets of plywood and the flooring were not with it. However they could only refund part of it. I had to wait two weeks to get a refund for the flooring that was in transit for over two weeks. My order was supposed to arrive

I did give them ample time to rectify the situation and get the products to my home. Called corporate to figure out what was going on. They were just as confused as me. Only to be told by 4 different people I would get a call back. I did get a call back from a lady randomly telling me she normally doesn't handle these issues but was going to look into it. She never called me back after that. I finally was able to refund for the remainder of my shipment after refusing the "in transit" part. Get the refund, go home look at my receipts only to notice they charged me $34.00 to get nothing due to their mess ups. I spent over 20 hours dealing with this mess to barely get an I am Sorry. Complete lack of customer service from them, they should really spend some money on giving their employees better training. Will never shop with them again. Management their is a joke. They act like its your fault that everything is messed up and how dare you inconvenience them with asking for assistance to fix it, or give you your money back. Get it together and get some training to your associates so others do not have these same issues.

Do not order online and go pick it up at the store. They were not smart enough to get my order correct. All I ordered was one furnace filter and they got both the size and brand wrong. Not sure who actually pulled the order but the person at the counter blamed it on an 18 year old kid. If that is the case what are the schools teaching these days because it's not simple reading Comprehension. I told them to credit it back to my card and I walked out in discus. Truly sad.

I ordered a washing machine from Home depot on June 24th....it was supposed to be delivered in early July.....still waiting....They called and said it would be delivered yesterday. They never showed up. Crickets today! Anyone know where I can walk in and buy a floor model.

Do not get a major appliance. I bought a lawn mower 2 months ago and it's already broken. I bought the extended warranty and the guy said I only had 30 days to exchange even though they have extended because of covid. He then wants to charge me for them shipping it out and said they will only cover up to a 100 repair if its covered. What a joke. Used to be my favorite store. I will not be back here.

This review is in regards to the kitchen remodeling section, manager and Home Depot Customer Service, not the store employee of this store. We had kitchen cabinets and granite countertops installed. We ordered in March and were told if we bought stock cabinets they would be delivered in two weeks and kitchen would be finished the first week of May. Five weeks later we were still waiting for cabinets. Couldn't get any answers and had to return to the store because folks would not call back. This thing was a disaster from the start. On May 20 they came to measure for countertop. On May 23 we were notified that Home Depot never ordered our granite even though we paid for the entire job in full in March. We were told our granite was not available anymore. We're we're required to select a different counter after we painted and decorated for the granite we bought and paid for. Then they told us if we wanted good seams in the countertop it would cost an additional $125 per seam!!!!!! Take heed. AVOID HOME DEPOT KITCHENS AT ALL COST!!!! Worst experience I've ever had with any business.
