“First time at the Jackson furniture outlet and the customer service was phenomenal. We were able to leave with a couch same day unlike some other furniture stores we tried. They loaded everything up for us, wrapped the couch and even took the legs off for us and we were there for probably a half hour start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, and did not push sales at you. High recommend this place.”
“This is such a beautiful shop! The owners are so kind. Last year at Christmas I bought my oldest son a stocking and since adding another child to our family, I wanted a matching one this year. I didn’t see a matching one, so decided to ask and the owner told me she had one left from last year in storage and went and found it for me! I am so grateful that she took the extra time when she really didn’t have to. I really appreciate the customer care. I love having matching stockings for my boys. They are absolutely beautiful!”

“Fun place to poke around. So many ideas for gifts and cards for the special people in my life. Be careful not to venture too far into the back of the store. There is an un-posted "Off Limits" area that I accidentally stumbled into, and was quickly sent back out to the "public area". Be sure to say hi to Agnes, a full time feline resident who likes to hide under some of the clothing. She doesn't realize that her swishing tail gives her away.”

“Awesome experience... Thank You and shop locally it's cheaper and better quality! Just moved from FL and that company warehouse place, stated it would take up to a month and then couldn't give an estimated delivery date. Was not interested. I don't see how they can sell furniture with no close delivery dates. We ordered, last Wednesday and had our order delivered this morning! Another plus to shop local! Will make more purchases soon! Great job guys! ???”
