Called at noon to see if they would be able to print off something for me from last year and I was told if I can get there before 3pm it can be done. I drove out and once I arrived (at 1:00) I was told that since I don't have an appointment they couldn't print it for me. Very frustrating, annoying and a waste of my time. I called ahead for a reason.
