Went into the store yesterday 8/20/24. The clerk at the counter greeted the white guy in front of me. He also greeted the white guy that came in after me. Asked them if he could gelp them with anything and really displayed great customer service towards them.
He never said a word to me. Didn't even acknowledge my presence. This is the type of person you all really want representing your company? I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

I am a painting contractor. I buy Benjamin moore paints. The manager and staff that mix my paint are always very detailed making sure everything is done correctly. I appreciate them.

Horrible customer service. Walked in without anyone even looking up, and once I walked toward the back I was like sweet this old man sitting on his butt looks like he can help with some spark plugs I needed. Well that didn’t happen . I said can you help me find some plugs and he said there in aisle 3 on left side. lol god forbid you get off your butt. Anyhow I couldn’t find the ones I need, and as I’m walking out I ask if that all the plugs u have and once again not getting off his seat says yep. lol my father owned a true value hardware years ago in this town and he would have killed me if I didn’t walk him to the product and help him. Anyhow went to advance auto less then a mile or so away and delt with a young girl in her early 20s and put them two old men to shame. Took the time out to cross reference the plugs and walked out with a happy customer. Owner needs to clean house and explain to the new employees the value of customer service.

I needed a new key for my car. The manager ordered me one. When it came in she programmed it herself to make sure it was right for me. Because of her customer service. ACE is my go to store. Thank you.
