I bought myself a watch off eBay that had a poorly replaced pin. After the devastation of having it fall apart on me I called Gold Crown Jewelers and they were not only about to get me in the same day but had it repaired in a matter of minutes what I couldn’t figure out over days. On top of that, the gentlemen were very helpful and kind. If I have any more watch problems in the future I know where I’m going now!

Love going in store “just to look”. I always walk out with piece of jewelry. I love the custom pieces. Paola is the designer and he is a genius. Brother Ricco is a wealth of knowledge. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! my husband bought this bracelet yesterday and upon opening it I immediately saw it was tarnishing and corroding! He paid $130 for something that looks like it was from the 50 cent machine.(picture below!) And the sad part is he doesn’t know a lot about jewelry and the owner himself convinced him to buy this one because it was such a great deal. So sad he preyed on someone who didn’t know what to look for when purchasing jewelry. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the owner actually wants to sell great jewelry not cheap 50 cent machine pieces to make a buck. And the worst part is they don’t allow exchanges refunds or in store credit and I wonder why. They can’t be trusted I hope I can save other people from getting scammed. Very upset!

After stopping in to a "reputable jeweler" in Jackson for price quotes on jewelry repairs, I decided to stop in at Gold Crown for another quote. I am extremely glad I did. They are very reasonable, do excellent work and have a friendly and helpful staff. They also have unique and beautiful pieces to purchase.

First and foremost I only trust gold crown, I've been a customer for about 10 years, I brought in my wife's wedding ring that was missing the main diamond, they replaced the diamond and even tightened up all the prongs that hold the stones in so this doesn't happen again. I would never buy or have my jewelry repaired anywhere else but gold crown.

I have purchased a number of new, vintage, and unique watches from Gold Crown and have been highly satisfied with every watch. They are unmatched in quality & selection in the area. One vintage watch I purchased is over 50 years old and looks and works like it is new. Great job to the entire staff!!!!!

I first went to Gold Crown’s Ann Arbor store about 6 years ago for the repair of some vintage family jewelry. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and the quality of their work. I later had some modern jewelry pieces repaired and was again impressed by the staff at Gold Crown Jewelers. I’m an Ann Arbor resident and really loved the Ann Arbor store but since it’s closing, I make the drive to their Jackson store because I know I can count on the same quality and service. My fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring from their Jackson store. I love the ring and we felt the price was very fair. I also like that they have some very unique pieces that were designed and crafted by their very own jewelers. My apologies for the long review, I’m just ecstatic to have found a jeweler that provides such exceptional service, takes pride in their craft and has fair prices.

If I could give a zero, I would. They are not friendly, rude and tried to up-charge me for a watch battery. When I decided to not purchase it due to the increase of $5, he became aggressive and stated HE was the only one in Jackson that could put the back on an old Timex watch for me. I told him that I worked in 5 counties and didn't need to stay in Jackson. He came outside and took a picture of my car and licence plate after I took a picture of the outside Marquee of the store.

My father has passed and my mom got his wedding ring and her wedding ring melted together. And used her diamonds to make a ring. We are more than pleased with the quality and service, and talent, of Palo and the staff at Gold Crown Jewelers. Thank you for making my mom happy.
