The front desk lady, Theresa is absolutely amazing and so kind. She helped guide me on the whole testing process and all the paperwork that came with it. A confusing process she made so smooth and reassuring. Definitely recommend. The billing lady was so sweet and helpful as well. Although I cannot recall her name.
