Excellent customer service. Dillion was very friendly and knowledgeable, I live out of state and had car issues while visiting family in jackson. They were able to get me in and everything fixed in the same day. I think pricing is good but I didn't call around to see what other prices were, but I was good with what I was charged. I'm very happy with the service I received and will come back if I have any other car issues.

After a very strange and stressful situation at another repair shop in town, I found G Force Automotive. I had such a GREAT experience with Dillon, Wendy, and Matt. From the initial call to schedule my appointment until I picked up my repaired vehicle, the team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They are very dedicated, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would return if needed in the future and I highly recommend them!?

Tried to charge me SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace my transmission. Got a second opinion and I didn’t even need a new transmission. My throttle was junked up and a small tab on the Air intake was broken, causing too much air to go into the engine. It was a $500 fix, and they would’ve charged me all of that just for the transmission to immediately get ruined again because the actual issues were not addressed. This is about the last place in Jackson that I would ever recommend you taking your car. Go somewhere else & don’t get scammed like they tried with me ✨

Quality work, fair pricing and very kind, honest people. As a woman I feel safe taking my vehicle there and know I won’t be taken advantage of. Excellent customer service and they go the extra mile to ensure everything is satisfactory.

I recently had all of my brakes and rotors replaced, along with a safety inspection. Matt and his team were beyond helpful and friendly. They were quick , honest and fair priced ! I can’t say enough good things about G-force ! If you need auto repair, I highly recommend them !
