Staff was very friendly and helped me after they were suppose to be closed because I had called and they knew I was on my way to purchase a unit. They explained everything I needed to know and made sure any information I needed was printed or written down so I wouldn't forget.

Storage Sense took over from 4 star storage. Within months rent increased significantly. Not once but 3 times! Customer service for storage sense is a joke. Their employees were rude and treated my husband poorly. The entrance gate was open continuously. I know this because I pass the unit while traveling to and from work. Also when they took over they changed codes for the gate and we did not get a call, email or notice in the mail. We ended up moving out! We found a nicer unit for half the price!

I spoke with Amy who was very polite and good at her job. The process was smooth and everything was set up online and over the phone. Getting into my unit was easy.

I talked to three different customer service agents and they all were beyond the moon helpful. They got me answers I needed and helped me move into my storage unit when I thought all hope was lost. I cannot recommend storage sense enough and their ability to serve.

I was a customer of 4 Star Storage for over 5 and half years before the company became what is now Storage Sense. Their online billing completely failed in the transition and their compromise to rectify things was to waive late fees for the 2 months the normal site I had always used had not been working (still isn’t btw). I decided to move my unit’s content to a closer facility to where I relocated years prior but unfortunately by this point I had a 3 month arrearage with them so I got locked out right before I could do so. They required an in-person payment with cash or money order to pay everything current before they would remove their lock from my unit. They also wanted a lease renewal due to their company’s change which was definitely not happening. Plus management had very poor communication and availability with this company transition so I just highly recommend avoiding them. Also much of my content didn’t hold up well to the time it sat in this unit but then again it was a long time.

I had been a renter for about 7 months now and recently had an issue with my door at my unit making it difficult to fully access my unit. Contacted Maria and she had kept me up to date on all the needs of repair and when I could have access again. Roscoe was en route to my unit within an hour of my call. he helped me keep my door open to get my items and even give me a new and cleaned unit to place all my things as a courtesy. Maria and Roscoe are the best! Customer service is amazing!!
