I literally loathe human interaction and was initially in panic mode coming here. Hannah is such a wonderful and friendly person, she helped me open a checking account and we talked about a secured credit card to help build my credit. I didn't even want to deal with any of it but they explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, my experience went from pure misery driving there to leaving with a smile on my face. Thank you, I will stay a banking customer. I appreciate you guys, after so much turmoil I did in fact leave with a sigh of relief. 5/5 definitely recommend!

We ordered some currency, which they said would take about a week. Two days later, they called starting it was in! Great service.Love it how they always greet you when you walk in.Location wasn't very busy, and the alternated between the drive-thru and the walk-up individuals which was appreciated.

The ATM at this bank is constantly not working and taking customers money yet this bank will not put a sign up on the ATM to warn customers that it takes money and does not deposit it into the account despite them being very aware of the technical difficulties it is causing its customers. They told me.that it has been having these issues often yet the ATM is still not fixed. This has happened to me multiple times and they keep telling me to file a dispute with the toll free number. I am done banking with this particular bank as they are not concerned enough to either fix the issue or warm customers that their money may be taken with no accountability of the transaction. No concern for the dilemma their customers are facing despite the complaints they have received over and again for this issue.

Been with this bank for almost ten years with my mortgage. Lost a close family member in December got behind a payment. Been a faithful customer and got behind. Told me to file for a hard ship, then told me I didn't qualify. Will not do anything else to help me. Instead they send creepy people in my yard while my kids are outside playing to take pictures once a week. I call them and tell them that is harassment. The very next day they sent someone else to take pictures this is very frustrating. They can't do nothing to help. Kids don't feel safe to go outside. Won't even let me talk to anyone higher up.

Speaking with someone at 5/3 to resolve an issue is impossible! No one in the insurance/ escrow department calls back when promised and when I call them, there is never anyone who can assist. This is the worst customer service I have possible ever experienced.

Every year I have to call and have 5/3 send in my house insurance and taxes that are Owed that are in my mortgage and now again the insurance is late And they what to cancel my insurance on the house. I guess if something was to happen to my home 5/3 can eat it I will be changing banks

Worst bank to ever deal with especially if both parents die unforeseeable death's. Not all estates have to go to probate that is one huge Lie, have consultated a Lawyer and had Lady bird deed made, and have notorized paperwork to prove legal rights, Mother in-law lean is paid off on a vehicle and never received a Clean title before she passed away, now DMV is requiring a letter for termination of lean, so title correction can be made, your requiring a letter from probate court which estate will never go too. With one child in Virginia and one in charge is here not being allowed to do anything. So 2008 Chrysler Aveo with 40k miles is about to be scrapped or set on fire one day. Just to get it gone, no longer our problem. Can't get title correction without letter to terminate lean, can't get letter for termination of lean without letter from probate court, can't get a letter from probate court because estate will never see the probate court. Db like we ask for our parents to die. No kind of empathy or humility at this bank they think they know the Law like they are Lawyer's.

Do not do your banking here. The people that work there are rude and unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. They have no patience when working with older people. I called there to get some help because my brother passed away and the person I was talking to showed zero empathy and was rude. They will take your money but beyond that they have no customer service.

I've always had a positive experience with this location and other branches within and outside of state. I have my personal and business finances through 53. Been a happy customer since 2013. Associates always have been nice. Never had a problem with getting a loan or with assistance. Actually even get random calls just to see if there's anything I need or have any questions.Not sure why these other reviewers are so negative. Probably just showed up on a day they were busy.. so thank you people for going to another bank! Dont want you here anyways! Peace!

Got setup with a car loan through the local GM dealership in Jackson, MI. Was told 5/3 offers automatic payments, which is really all I cared about. 1st bill was delayed by a month, and I get a paper book in the mail so I can drive in payments. Well, that's exactly the opposite of what I want to do in 2020. After wasting more time than it's worth trying to get a hold of someone on the phone, I found a tidbit on their terribly managed website that says only Fifth Third Bank account holders can do automatic payments. Definitely NOT giving this bank any more business, and will be finding somewhere else to transfer my loan ASAP. Never again. Hope this review helps out a few people before they make the mistake of taking a car dealership's word for it.

Jackson Michigan. Since they closed the branch on the east side we drive all the way to the other side of town and have to wait forever in the drive thru. I thought last week was an isolated incident but it happens again today. I am the only car in the drive thru line and it was 22 minutes to deposit a check. Hope the service improves.
