We have called this place no less than four times trying to start new service, a month after we called the first time a gentleman came by, but in the interim we had decided to keep and refill the tank that we were initially trying to get rid of. He said that if we called, they would set up an appointment and he would bring a brand new tank. It's been 3 weeks, we called the day he left and we still haven't heard back from them.

I placed an order for propane when I was at 30%, but a power outage hit and my usage went up due to the generator. Ferrellgas took my pre-fill money, but after repeated calls and promises to get back to me, a manager still has not called to schedule a fill. This company really does NOT seem to care about customer service and says there is no way to get any propane faster- my family is going to be in the cold. Managers have not returned my multiple calls, and their slogan "The Propane Delivery Company Your Family Can Rely On" is a lieEdit 10 days later: Guess what, never got in touch with a manger, issue was never resolved, we are in the cold. spend your $ at a different company.

A lot of problems with billing. Had a gas leak that was not my fault. Technician claimed it was. Second person determined it wasn’t.

For several years they were very dependable, a bit overpriced but, reliable. However the last few months not so much. Very hard to get in contact with, take 2 weeks or more to deliver the propane. Definitely not when they say it will be delivered. Prices going up but service and reliability going way down.

We have been waiting for our tank to be for fourteen days, have called repeatedly and explained that there are two elderly women in the home and they still won't come fill our tank, i would recommend using a different company.

I ordered propane fill with 30% in tank knowing cold was coming and didn't want to run out and paid for it right then. Cold is here 2 weeks later now @ 《5% and still no propane. I get told when I call that I am not on the schedule and they will send a message to the scheduler and will get back with me. Been calling for 3 days and same answer with no call back. But the message when on hold states customer service is a priority.I don't know what customers they are talking about. I don't feel I am a priority.Over the weekend on my way to work my wife called and said they were there to fill the tank. Now I have half a tank. How soon to I order the next fill?

My senior father called a week ago to report he was low on propane and wasn't scheduled for a refill until the end of the month and would need one sooner. Today, he ran out of propane and called again. He was informed that company policy at this time is they do not do emergency fills and unless they could squeeze him in he would need to wait until his scheduled refill day. Next Wednesday, 8 days from now, in freezing conditions. Propane is not only his heat source, but he also has a gas stove that he cannot work. So, the company policy here is complete disregard for customers in need of heat....

I ordered on February 8th and had 30% in my tank. They delivered my order to my neighbor on February 16th. On February 16th they told me that they would have someone out the next day. No one came. On February 19th I ran out of gas. I’ve called them 5 different times and they have told me a different story each time. I’ve spent 6 hours on hold just to get nothing complete. They are now saying that my order may not come in until March 2nd. Poor service, and no caring at all for your customers well being.Now the dispatcher is saying that my money that I paid on February 8th is not matching the credit on my account. They have now stolen $250 from me too.If this is how you do business please change the pitch on your hold line. You don’t go above and beyond for customers, you don’t even do what you are paid to.

I placed a refill order 3 weeks ago and was told thay it would be filled feb.5 it's now feb.8 and my other tank on the property is also on fumes I have called three times today and all of the representatives said they would call me back with a update and none of them did I also requested a manager call me and still nothing. There is no emergency number for refills and there is nobody to talk to after 5pm mon.- fri. This is my first time using propane but after talking with some people that have had it for years said that is not good service. Horrible service when you need them most. My daughter and grandkids live in a separate building witch is on fumes and will probably wake up freezing in the morning becsuse I'm sure that it won't last the night.

My mom has been a customer for over 60 years she is on a keep fill....her tank is empty 5 hours later no one has showed up, i have been on hold over 45 minutes terrible, they were told she is 90 and has no heat and was on a keep fill for 60 years plus!! Thank you for caring so much about your long term customers......NOT....very disappointing.

their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The lady that answered the phone today was down right rude and disrespectful. I've been a customer for 3 years. This will be the last heating season they will be servicing my address. 3 weeks to come fix my tank. 22 days to bring gas last month and tomorrow will make 14 days this month. Im past done with this company!

Been with Ferrellgas for 40 years and don't plan on changing! My husband wanted to change to where his family buys their gas and I said "no" I'm happy where I am. I do all the calling and the staff works with me for a good rate. His family is not happy with there service and plan on changing. So happy we didn't leave. Ferrellgas always go out of there way to work with you. They have a great team of workers. Thank you for your service.

Have had Ferrrell Gas for many years at second home. Finally made the RiGHT decision to switch our other two tanks at main location to Ferrell Gas.
